Do not order your food through the subway app. I've gotten my order incorrect twice. I got the wrong bread and no mayo when my order clearly indicated mayo. Definitely not coming back or ordering ever again.

Sad this subway used to be open 24 hours and now they don’t even open on time. The staff acts like it’s an inconvenience when you’re there at 7 when they are supposed to open. Sorry but I have work at 7:30 and like to get my lunch in the morning.

People pay 20$ for one of your measly sandwiches and you put 3 jalepenos and the sandwich is a mess. Lucky someone doesn’t come in and slap your FA!

I work nearby and was seeking a 24 Hour place to eat. I ordered online, but when I went to go pick my food up, I was disgusted by the amount of homeless people hanging out inside of the store. One guy was charging his phone hanging out another guy was knocked out, drooling on a table. Expect that at a public facility, but not a private business. I was going to eat my lunch there, but I got it and left and really didn’t eat it because I lost my appetite. The sandwich had a super funny taste to it.

I recently visited this location, and I have to say it was a very disappointing experience. First off, the staff seemed completely disinterested in customer service. They were slow, inattentive, and downright unfriendly. It felt as though I was bothering them just by being there.

The sandwich I ordered was poorly made. The bread was stale, the toppings were unevenly distributed, and the vegetables didn't seem fresh at all. I specifically asked for extra pickles, and instead, I got barely any at all. The whole experience felt very rushed and careless.

Additionally, the location itself was not clean. The tables were sticky, and there was trash scattered on the floor. The drink station was a mess, and several options were out of stock or not functioning properly.

Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory. Subway used to be my go-to spot for a quick, fresh meal, but after this visit, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I hope they improve their service and cleanliness in the future.
