I ordered two fountain drinks, and wasn't told that there was no ice in the soda machine. The pop in the soda machine was warm. Also, there were flies buzzing around the area behind the counter and the plexiglass, so when I was handed my cups for the drinks, they had dead flies in them.
I told the person I wanted to swap the medium fountain drinks for bottle drinks from the cooler, and I was told in response that it was her first day, and she didn't know how to do that. She couldn't offer me any remedy to the drink situation, and I didn't want to deal with this anymore, so I ate the cost of the drinks and went next door and bought some pops.
Will not ever come here again. This is ridiculous.

The ingredients are terrible at this location, the bread is always stale, the meat is undercooked/raw. The inside itself is just dirty, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The bread was so old it turned to dust in my hands. The guy wiped his nose on the gloves he was wearing. He took the gloves off and put his thumb inside the cup of the drink. Food inedible. Wow.

July 29th 2025 purchased a cheese steak sandwich and the steak seemed unusual. Not the steak used at other subways, sure enough ended up with food poisoning. I called the restaurant to notify that they should maybe remove steak and check all ingredients used in my sandwich and instead the guy said “I’m sorry” and hung up. Called back and no answer. Do NOT eat here something’s off about this place! Specially after the response I got when I called. I wasn’t even being mean I just wanted to give them a heads up in case they weren’t aware and right away the person that answered freaked out and hung up and didn’t answer again.

i was having bad day so i decided to try out this subway place by my house since it was close to home, just how subway is close to my heart. Around 2:45 pm i went to pick up my order.. the first thing i noticed was my gatorade wasn’t blue. it was orange. i asked the worker/male, if there wasn’t anymore blue ones and he said no and that i could switch out the flavor at the fridge and i seen a whole horizontal row full of blue gatorades. THEN after i was at my destination, i noticed my chips were also wrong. wouldn’t be surprised if my chosen chips were also available and he decided to not try either. ALSO my sub was supposed to be toasted and have mayo in it. Every bite i took was followed with a tear…. as my sub was cold and dry. Just like how i will feel about subway from now on. cold and dry. Please do better. my order was on a receipt. i’m sure he can read.
This subway is racist if u are black they will not service you I ordered my food online and was given the wrong order instead of them making me my order I was told my order was never delivered to them I showed proof that I had paid for my food he refused to make my order or even give me a refund for my food I tried to call customer service but no help literally stealing my money this is not the first time this had happened it happened to my husband as well here is proof I paid for my food and the person food I got he did not want to look at the phone he kept saying get out I stay right across the street from here there was a man who was ordering about 5 sandwiches who was black and was asked to leave as well and he the person behind the counter started to toss out the man’s food
