DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS PLEASE. My toddler had to use the restroom and the guy working was rude on his phone and refused to let a child use the bathroom. INSANE

Extra Nini!

The guy that's always there always has a messed up attitude and I could handle sometimes but his just horrible and never makes the sandwiches good I ordered 2 simple sandwich 20 min before I picked it up when I got there he was barely making them in the meantime I told him to charge me a soup he gives me the soup and I grab the bag with ny sandwiches he acted like if I stole the whole restaurant I'm like these are mind I told him the name and everything he said with an attitude next time u have to wait 15 to 20 min before u get ur food I got costumers while the store didn't have not a single soul except me and him had the lyft driver waiting an extra 15 min to get my 2 sandwiches

The worker today was rude and unfriendly, like he is doing you a favor to help with your order.I ordered 2 tuna footlongs online, the amount of tuna on the sandwich was barely visible, less than 1/2 of what it supposed to be.He was giving an attitude.After that while I was eating at the table, he was also eating the table next to mine and loudly burping ? OMG, what else could go wrong at the regular visit to Subway?Never again to this location and will not advise anyone

The worker who was there on 12/26/2023 was extremely unprofessional and rude.Everything was going good until check out time. When it came to check out, I asked if we could split the bill evenly. I pulled out my calculator to see how much our cards would be charged since I asked to split the bill. While we were going to tell him how much we wanted to be charged on one card he interrupted us and said just tap your card. Mind you he had an attitude and for what?? So we thought okay he heard us the first time and he got the message even the numbers before us so lets just tap our cards. We tapped and boom everything was charged on one card. We looked at him and said thats not what we wanted, we wanted to split the bill even. He then got loud and said why did we not just say it was 2 separate transactions… Im looking at him confused because regardless thats what I was trying to communicate with him. He could of split the payment even and if that wasn’t possible then 2 separate transactions would of been fine. Just a simple explanation , swipe and done.. I voiced what we wanted to do with our cards. He basically forced us to do things his way because he heard us the first time. So since Im a customer I DONT HAVE A SAY ON WHAT TO DO WITH MY CARD AND MYYYY MONEY??? You do not force a customer to do something they don’t want to do. If a split payment isn’t possible you communicate that with the customer. You don’t catch an attitude and force them to pay without explaining yourself. Its a big no for me.

The people who work in this restaurant have no respect or cleanliness. I asked them for some sandwiches and the employee spit on me and the vegetables because she was talking to someone else on the phone and a verbal altercation occurred between them. I do not advise anyone to visit this disgusting site. A man and a girl of Indian origin are rude..!!!! If there was one star I would put it.

Easily the worst subway sub I have ever had. The bread was so dry and burnt on top, the veggies were obviously a day or more old, and I asked for double meat(turkey) and was given a pretty much normal amount. The man who made my sub didn't seem to want to be there at all. Have never felt that uncomfortable buying a sub from any subway like this one and I was very excited due to how close it is to me. 5th subway here in like 5 years. Ridiculous. Wasted my money. Do yourself a HUGE favor and find another subway. I guarantee you it's worth the extra mile or so.

The service is super slow. Needs more staff to function. Had to wait an hour for the one staff person to make my online order. Several sandwiches were made on the wrong bread and were missing ingredients. Very disappointed.

Decided to give Subway a chance after the whole tuna debacle. I ordered delivery through their app and thought I checked the box to have my sandwich toasted but it was not. I tried to call the store but it says the line has not been set up yet. After work I decided to take my sandwich into the shop and ask if they would remake it and toast it for me. The girl at the counter called someone named Jackie who said they couldn't remake my sandwich because "it had been a while since I placed the order." I explained that I was at work and I tried to call the store but the phone number listed on Google didn't work. Safe to say I'm never spending my money at Subway ever again. It's a sandwich. It shouldn't be a huge deal to remake it if what I got wasn't what I wanted.

I worked at this subway and quit due to personal reasons. I have not received my final check even after constant calling and messages to my former employer. They recently closed the store completely and have been dodging my calls and messages. i will be speaking to corporate.

Often bad experiences here. Last straw was arriving at 1030am to locked doors, waiting and no one coming to the door. Open sign was lit. Don't go here

Was trying to buy some sandwiches tonight and I actually ordered them and waited for the guy to roast my sandwiches, but at the time he was about to add the toppings the only thing he had was tomatoes and onions. I asked him if he was going to restock on the lettuce and other items and he said no. I ordered 3 sandwiches with this guy and I was not going to take all 3 with just tomatoes and onions. Then he tells me that I saw him prepping other sandwiches that I should know he was only using what ever he had on the counterI told him of course I was not going to know he was not restocking his line. Then he turns around and says bye. Guy was completely rude eventhough I waited for him to finish taking care the other customer. I told him he needs to restock his counter! how is anybody buying a sandwich with just tomatoes and onions. Lazy and lack of customer service this guy had tonight, I always walk thru this area and get a sandwich but with that said probably not coming to this location anymore until I see someone else besides this rude employee.

Kedzie and Diversey subway is awful. Even at noon the food tastes like its been sitting out all day. The pop is very watered down. The employee doesnt seem to care for her work either.
