If I can give no stars that would be the truth. The service sucks here. They are rude, and prejudice from what I have seen. The neighborhood isn't the best but there are plenty of stores in the area that are welcoming. I been here a few times but not again. Also they have roaches!!!! Gross, disgusting.
The server quickly got an attitude and raised his voice at me because his accent was too thick for me to understand. I was also confused because I had already told him what he was asking for, he just wasn’t paying attention the first time. He had the gall to be disrespectful after I waited 5 mins for him to even come into the lobby. I won’t be patronizing this subway anymore. If you know English isn’t your first language you should be more understanding and patient instead of rude. Looking at other reviews rudeness seems to be a common trend.

Had a footlong he puts like 3 tomatoes. Didn't listen to anything I said. Then the other asks me why I have an attitude. Didn't give me my recite and I didn't get my points because of his terrible attitude and customer service

2Day I Had A Steak N Pepper Jack Cheese Sub N Broccoli N Cheese Soup, The Food Tasted Good But The Steak Portion Was As If I Ordered A Sandwich 4 A Child ,I Spent 17 $ On A Large Sub N Soup N Got Cheated N That's Not Even The Sub I Really Wanted.I Wanted The New Steak N Turkey Club That Was On Their Website, He Acted Like He Didn't Know What I Was Talking About, Maybe They Should Update It ,If so My Bad But Next Time, I'll Just Get The Soup Then Go 2 Mr. Submarine 4 The Sub They Don't Cheat U On The Meat.

Had a fradulaunt charge placed at this restaurant. Called and told them I needed it canceled. Manager did not speak English well and kept telling me they could not cancel. Then I went on to subways website to put in a complaint. They got back saying I needed to deal with my financial institution. This is the 2nd time when I have stored my card on subways app that it has had fraudulent out of state charges. Do not store your CC info on their app as it is very unsecured.

I just went in to get cookies and the guy was in the backI said hello he came out upset I asked for darker cookies he complained about me wanting certain cookies I asked him to warm them he said he can't do thatI just bought cookies earlier today and they warmed them for meEverytime I go in there he's rude to not only me but everyone his energy will make you turn around nd never come back
