I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or they are just quiet people. They never read the notes I put for my orders.

The guy with a circle on him just stares blankly. The other day I grabbed my chips from the rack which was in my meal and he stared at me and came out to move the whole rack away! 🤷🏻‍♀️

The guy with the yellow arrow is nice and makes my sandwich perfectly. The atmosphere is weird.

It's in a plaza the parking is hard to obtain. The food and service was good the problem is just the area just keep an eye there's a lot of weird stuff going on Halsted they did vouch the subway coupons

I sent in a complaint and it was not the first time. There has been no response in 24 hours. I did take pictures but the pictures do'nt reflect my issue: the bread was hard as a rock. No amount of heating would have made it edible. It was nowhere close to fresh baked. It had to have been days old. I can't believe whoever prepared it would send it out. I live only 2 blocks away but I don't have a car and the walk there is too much. I prefer watching the people who prepare my food but I ordered online. So, no response from the store and no response from corporate headquarters. Subway needs to be on the way OUT.

App order-Asha is very rude. She did not read the order notes. When asked about she was extremely upset and said “No,don’t come back we do not honor notes!” The request was to simply put sandwiches in separate bags. She threw my food in all. Very very disappointed in people with such poor class and attitude come to our community to be so nasty! The food was poorly pack and missed the notes for toppings and to be toasted. In all maybe it’s a problem with Asha following simple instructions.This is not the first bad experience months back very rude man.

This subway has the worst customer service. Its always so slow. If the employees are making an online order they will take their sweet time making the order for a customer that isn’t even there yet, while the line continues to grow longer and longer. Almost always disappointed whenever I go here.

I went inside and there was a woman who accidentally put cheese in one of my family’s orders and she respectfully asked if she could make another sandwich because the cheese touched the sandwich, and the woman said no and when she asked why the lady told her to leave. That was very unprofessional of the lady and our services will no longer be there.
