App order-Asha is very rude. She did not read the order notes. When asked about she was extremely upset and said “No,don’t come back we do not honor notes!” The request was to simply put sandwiches in separate bags. She threw my food in all. Very very disappointed in people with such poor class and attitude come to our community to be so nasty! The food was poorly pack and missed the notes for toppings and to be toasted. In all maybe it’s a problem with Asha following simple instructions.This is not the first bad experience months back very rude man.

This subway has the worst customer service. Its always so slow. If the employees are making an online order they will take their sweet time making the order for a customer that isn’t even there yet, while the line continues to grow longer and longer. Almost always disappointed whenever I go here.

I went inside and there was a woman who accidentally put cheese in one of my family’s orders and she respectfully asked if she could make another sandwich because the cheese touched the sandwich, and the woman said no and when she asked why the lady told her to leave. That was very unprofessional of the lady and our services will no longer be there.

I did a mobile order it was supposed to be ready at 5:35. I got there at 5:40 they made me wait because they were serving other customers. Then they told me it was not ready. I asked for a refund I was told since it was an online they could not refund my money...smh.

I have been cruising this Subway for a bit & finally decided to write down what I think. The Boss (Meatball) - Price - Cheap as always. A good late night go-to. 5/5 Presentation - The addition of the pepperoni & mozzarella really brings things together. Taste - The golden era of the meatball marinara looks to be gone. The sandwich's ingredients are not nearly as flavorful as they used to be. 3/5 Rib - Price - As expected for a rib sandwich Presentation - This is a decent looking sandwich, but is bare bones. They seem to have forgotten my barbecue sauce. Taste - The meat is actually sweet which surprised me. The sweet meat lets you know that there's not much need for barbecue sauce Other than that, it tastes all right although I would love to have some sauce on it since it is a rib sandwich and I was trying to compare this to the McRib. I'd say though that this is better than the McRib especially since it's a footlong. The meat is dry though. Steak, egg, cheese - Price - On the steeper side especially since I added bacon Presentation - Once again sloppy. Taste - Surprisingly good. There's plenty of eggs to cover the entire sandwich. They skimped out on the steak & bacon, but the spinach, tomatoes, onions and mayo just blend together perfectly. Overall, I think Subway as a whole has gone downhill from where it was over 15 years ago. They've got some decent offerings now, but with everything going on it's not as fresh as it used to be. Still, it's a decent sandwich shop and I gladly pop in for lunch every now and again. 3 out of 5 stars

HORRIBLE !!I had a coupon for 2 subs for 12.99, i asked the lady and man working behind the counter 3 times if they honor the coupon. Both said yes .I order my sandwich that had bacon on it already but the guy said the bacon was extra even though the sandwich already came with the bacon.I start to cash out and they said they both were 16.00 i said i had the coupon. I gave the coupon and they replied that the coupon was already used. I said no because i just got it out of the paper in the mail and never used it.I told them i only wanted one sandwich since they werent giving me the coupon price. The guy got mad and walked away. The lady said she will charge me 16.00 for the sandwiches which was the regualr price. So i told her no i dont want the sandwiches now.As i was walking out they said they will honor the price now after i told them i didnt want any of the sandwiches.
