Police officer working the area, needed to use the washroom at 3am because EVERYTHING is closed, clerk says they have no working washroom which is bull, its a healthcode violation to not have a working washroom. If i was planning to order food ill get it from somewhere else.

I purchased from this Subway because the app would not allow me to order at a different location. I would like to say this was the first time that i visited the 14** W. 95th st. location. I ordered 3 sandwiches. One of them i paid an Extra $4 to double the meat. I would like to say if you love warm bread, this is the place. I thought that i was eating a sandwich that they were giving away for free. There was very thin slices of meat that you could not taste. They didnt even fill the sandwich up with vegetables. Just evough to add color. This is the worst Subway I have ever eaten from. Never again. I will go into a store that is out of the way before eating here.

Lesson learned: don't ignore red flags! My first suspicion was the cover they have over the food that prevents one from seeing the meat choices and its conditions. Had I been able to see the tuna they placed on my footlong, I would've chosen a different sandwich or went somewhere else. My second flag was the white creamy color and texture of my sandwich. The only additions were lettuce, spinach, vinegar, and oil. I know I wanted to one day try a colon flush, but not like this. Hours later my stomach was so upset and it's still unsettled as I type. I'm done going to this location.

Unfortunately, my experience with this location has ALWAYS been bad. I am thankful that the food is always fresh. The associates either act like they don't hear you when you order, or are constantly asking "what else". Why have a menu that clearly states..."Pick a number and we will do the rest" when you have no idea what's on the menu. There is never a line, but I spent 15 minutes in this place with 3 people working on online orders. Obviously, they are not equipped to handle both.
