I asked for a 6in and she proceeded to cut an already cut 6in SHORTER and threw away the two inches she cut off. My sandwich was looking more like a 3in sandwich and the girl was so skimpy on everything!! I asked for cucumbers and she gave me three measly cucumbers. And to pay $7 for it was definitely a crime. The sandwich wasn’t worth more than $4.

The man working around midnight during the week is very rude. He’s yelling on the phone as I’m trying to place my order, then I order chips and a drink and he said I can only refill my drink once, this is not ok. It costs the company about 3 cents per cup, and the mixes for the sodas are very cheap as well. He is just all around rude.

The service at night is bad. He on the back and always have to make some type of noise to get his attention. Always in the phone. And what's up with the sandwich he makes. He is ripping everyone off.i told him before put the right amount. He said extra meat is extra $ yea you want to rip off . Every other subway I been at they do good amount of meat. This one more bread and hardly no meat I see nobody complains because he still there .. me and my husband turns away at night but I go here day time with the lady's here they do the amount it supposed to. Someone got to do something about that guy.

The management team are racist. They kick me out for an error on their system for an upgrade on my behalf on the subway app for a 20oz drink so they started to argue with me and kick me out for their error

Went here yesterday. Ordered online. They shorted us on a lot . The steak was shorted the fiery meatball was shorted ingredients. The club was shorted veggies and sauce. I strongly suggest if you order any sub that has double ingredients you make them make it in front of you or they will undoubtedly short you. On the bright side however..they did have the ghost pepper bread which a lot of subways say they carry on the app but never have when you arrive

I had to ask for fresh lettuce (all brown)....rude, terrible service and difficult to understand. I won't be back.
I made an app order, came to pick it up, and the lady serving me 10/21 9:20 AM asked me if I wanted anything else and I said “Is there subkrunch on the sandwich?” She said “no that only comes on two sandwiches” I then told her that it’s on the receipt and I had it selected on the app. And then she preceded to raise her voice at me “NO SIR THE APP DOESNT MATTER WE ONLY SERVE IT ON THOSE TWO SANDWICHES”
I just walked out after getting verbally yelled at by your employee. This is ridiculous.

Watch out for this place! They are jipping you slices of meat. I have ordered the Footlong Titan Turkey from here twice which is supposed to have 33% more meat which is 16 slices of turkey according to the Subway on 87th and Kedzie and they are only giving you 8-9 slices. I called them to ask and she hung up on me!
