I ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup and it didn’t taste like any other broccoli cheddar soup I’ve ever had it was tangy and the cheese tasted spoiled

Came to get the new foot long nacho Doritos cheese and they gave me regular nacho with very little cheese and bad service very up set with my purchase paid about $34 for some food didn’t like the service we got very rude and was taking long with our food gave me very little of nothing something I can do at home can see the pictures bad service and the way it was served would like to get my money back but I was very hungry

I don’t understand how there’s no customer service or accountability for restaurants like this. I accidentally placed an order here instead of a nearby subway due to an app glitch. Spent over 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone but they refuse to answer their calls. There’s no where on the app to cancel orders and since the only way to do that is to call it really defeats the purpose. Horrible service and no way to report them. After forcing me to go to this location or lose my money they were rude and unhelpful and quality wasn’t it. Don’t go to this location if you can help it.

Employee that works nights refuses to rotate the bad frozen vegetables and smushed tomatoes.Bad Moist spinach from the container that is suppose to be dry fresh out the bag . Rude dirty manager refused to open a fresh bag of spinach . The only veggies I wanted was green peppers and Spinach and he was still being cheap .Asked for a toasted steak sandwich and received a cold steak sandwich. Very sloppy management and everything about this location is disgusting. They think it’s ok to sell trash since they are 24 hours .I was told if I don’t like it don’t buy . Anyone that walks in there will see the frosted vegetables as soon as you walk in .NEVER GO HERE
