Ordered a Subway Club with no Ham (because they don't offer a Roast Beef & turkey). She sneakily charged me for a turkey and charged extra for the RB, like it was an add on. $16 for two 6 inch sandwiches ??. (Other was a spicy Italian)

We ordered on-line. Doubt do it. They give you nothing. My steak had less meat than if I ordered it in front of them. Second time this happened. There will not be a third.

I wish I could give 0 for service. Went there Saturday night at 9:45 pm (they close at 10), and I could see 2 people inside and they had already closed. I told them I was hungry and just needed 1 sandwich and they said they are done for the day… this is pathetic. Why don’t you change yours hours to reflect the time until when you provide service ? At least have some human decency ..

I didn't like at all how they served, I ordered the steak and cheese and basically they were going to give me only bread, I had to ask for extra meat, paying almost 15 dollars for a sandwich is ridiculous, apart from the employees, you ask them for more Mayonnaise and they even make expensive ones, we are paying for a Service that we are clearly not receiving!!!!

Went in there to get two sandwiches and my order was taken by a guy named Juan. I told him I wanted to sandwiches but he didn’t hear me and I told him would be two of them and he smacked his lips because they were both tuna and same cheese and he said quietly “it’s the same thing man” and throwing the cheese and slamming the door of the oven.I was surprised because at other subways I order the same thing and they are ok with it. Who ever is taking your order shouldn’t be acting this way it’s not like I was asking him to give it to me for free, what ever I ask for I will pay for it.

Horrible customer service!!! The lady acted like she was doing me a favor instead of that this is her job! I asked how many cheeses did she put on the sandwich and she said two since I’m the one that put on there! I asked to spread everything on all the sandwich she looked at me and rolled her eyes!!! I won’t be going there anymore!!
