Came to subway at 7:10 am to buy my lunch for the day and the doors were locked. There was a lady inside the store who told me it was closed. However, the signs on the door say it’s open at 7 am and so does google, so I’m a little confused.
Did not take coupon. Lady said coupon reader was broken (not true). She told me this 3 weeks ago and the machine ended up working. Give very little toppings and serve expired drinks. Poor communications have seen multiple people get their order messed up before. Terrribleee service. Close this location immediately!
This location does not like that I use valid coupons that are delivered to my home on Sundays within my newspaper.
Tonight a pleasant woman made my sandwich and rang me at register, so I scanned a coupon I had and it was accepted as the price of my sandwich reflected the coupon savings.
Out of nowhere, a loud unprofessional lady comes running from the back screaming “no coupon! No coupon! You cannot have sandwich!”
The pleasant woman at register seemed confused and quiet but she still finished ringing me up. When I asked her why the mean lady was being like that she stayed silent.
I’m upset with how I was treated. I believe I was targeted with unwelcoming attitude because I use valid coupons.
Nobody deserves this when they visit a Subway.
I’m very disappointed we walked in to use the restroom and then after we were planning on ordering food. Well the restroom was locked and we were standing waiting probably 10 mins assuming someone was in the bathroom, so we finally knocked on the door and realized no one was in the bathroom. We then proceeded to ask the girl behind the counter if anyone was in the restroom because the door is still locked. This girl proceeded to tell us very rudely the bathroom just got cleaned so we aren’t letting anyone use it. Like please explain to me how that makes sense you clean a bathroom so people can use it. She was just very rude gave us dirty looks, so I will be telling everyone about my experience and to not go to this subway.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. I ordered a regular 6 inch tuna sandwich and avocado. I was expecting for the the Indian lady to spread the avocado like they do every other subway. No, she put all the vegetables first and then the avocado, and only one spoon. She did not use the butter knife like all other subways. She made a complete mess of things. I complained and she started laughing at me, and I am at this point completely confused and upset at her lack of professionalism. The Mexican lady, who is amazing comes out and tries to fix it but it is a mess at this point. I took sandwich, paid, and left. Didn't have time to stand there and argue. Never again will I ago to this subway again.
Gross never again!! I ordered online and they put little to none of everything I asked for I will never order from here again. Y’all don’t have that much business to be that stingy with ingredients

Ordered a Subway Club with no Ham (because they don't offer a Roast Beef & turkey). She sneakily charged me for a turkey and charged extra for the RB, like it was an add on. $16 for two 6 inch sandwiches ??. (Other was a spicy Italian)

Online it states open till 10pm, door states open till 10pm, went in at 9:40 and they turned me away because they’re closed.
We ordered on-line. Doubt do it. They give you nothing. My steak had less meat than if I ordered it in front of them. Second time this happened. There will not be a third.

I wish I could give 0 for service. Went there Saturday night at 9:45 pm (they close at 10), and I could see 2 people inside and they had already closed. I told them I was hungry and just needed 1 sandwich and they said they are done for the day… this is pathetic. Why don’t you change yours hours to reflect the time until when you provide service ? At least have some human decency ..
Ordered for curbside they never came out I had to go in I called 3 times and they didn't pick up won't be ordering from here

YOU TRULY DO ALL YOU CAN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE. ESPCIALLY WHEN SOMEONE ORDERS ONLINE. I WOULD HAVE RETURNED THE FOOD BUT FOR WHAT. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME AT YOUR STORE AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR LITERALLY NOTHING.
