While the store is clean and the service is fast, the food quality is unacceptable. The lettuce and spinach were old and wilted. When I politely asked the server for a fresher batch, he was very dismissive, telling me 'that’s how we get them' and refusing to even check the back. He then started rushing my order to get me out of the way. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for food safety and customer service.

I stopped in here on a Friday around 5 pm for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that they made my sandwich really wel. I always order the same thing and some subways be acting stingey with the toppings and condiments and although she was skimping it n the veggies when I asked for more she obliged and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted, once I got home I enjoyed the sandwich everything tasted fresh and most importantly it wasn’t dry the cookies were fresh. I’ll definitely be trying this location again and will update my review if anything changes.

If you are using Jefferson Park station and you need a bite, I see this as a last ditch option. Much better to get empanadas in the station terminal building.
Pro Tip While WiFi is unavailable in Subway, you can snag some from neighbouring Baskin Robbins ice cream. You might be better off to snag sustenance there rather than here, as well

Been here a couple times, mostly good experiences but recently the night shift guy has been making my sandwiches with literally two slices of meat and like 4 slices of veggies. Way overpriced for this little food. The meal was basically a grilled cheese sandwich at that point.

The employees doesn't listen to what the customer needs. The subs are dry always even when asked for extra sauces in person or online.
