There’s been multiple of times I’ve ordered via subway app. The subway app doesn’t have an option to add giardiniera. However, I always add notes to my order asking for it to be added on. This staff doesn’t read the notes.
When I come in to pick up my order, I always ask if they added the giardiniera. They always say no. And provide it in a cup instead .
This particular occasion the guy said he was going to charge me extra for a 2nd cup of giardiniera. I ordered 2 footlongs and those small cups weren’t sufficient. It would be honestly be more convenient if they spent 5 seconds looking at the notes so I won’t have to constantly have to ask for it. Is that too much to ask for?

I ordered thru the app for delivery and unfortunately the driver stole the order. The restaurant manager called me accusing me that I was the driver that stole the order. I told him that I was not the driver I’m the one who ordered. He still was adamant I was the driver. He claim that I always go there to do DoorDash. I kept saying that I bought the food how could I steal my own food??. He didn’t even apologize or nothing all he wanted was to “confront” me. The manager is so unprofessional and needs to be reevaluated. This was the first and last time i will ever order from here

Their brocolli soup is always old and tastes sour. It has to be a health hazard. Waste of money for shitty food.
Horrible. Literally. Walked into this place after not eaten all day bc of such a busy day at work & they were working on their sewerage line. Smelled horrible I felt like throwing up. Food was not covered at all!! Please do not come
