At this location they cancel any online order that has the bogo code. I came in they said it cancel automatically I did it again right infront of them it rang on the system and they accepted the order in the computer. Like if you can accept the order you can also decline. Very shady.

Sign says they close at 9pm on a Sunday. I pulled up in front of the store and as i was parking the subway employee was out front of the store. Employee then goes inside and locks the door. As I approached the door he motions to me that they are closed. It was 845pm. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS

Hours of operations shown on the app and goggle show 10:30. Sandwich was ordered before 10 and the lazy employee cancelled the order because he didn’t want to work anymore. Either update the hours, or get employees that actually work the whole shift!

I wrote the following to give my review in their app but it never made it to public viewing. This leads me to believe that not all reviews get posed, this, the public doesn't get the full truth about an establishment.
Here's what I said.
this is the last time I order from this store. the problem is the amount of food contained in the sandwich. it's getting smaller but the price is going up. the Mexican pastry with sugar must have been microwaved or just plain old because it was very hard. if you want another sub go to Mr submarine or another place.
It was a honest review and right to the point. This is not the first time I commented on this Subway. That other review was ignored also.
So, as the old saying goes, buyer beware.

they need to update there store hours today i orderd at 10 pm and the app said they closed at 10:30 got there store closed amd never got my money or food
This subway is okay. It’s always the same employees working there. What I dislike is if there is a long line they will start making multiple sandwiches at a time and switch in between them. It should go in order. If you were first in line, you should get your sandwich made first. This is common sense.
Place is small but okay. It’s like any other subway.

This subway used to have some nice employees… now they’re all rude. I was there and was the only person in line… and the employee was rushing me and gesturing me with his hands as if I’m stupid… I was just trying to decide on what toppings to put on because I was picking up the sandwich for a coworker and wanted to be sure I got it right. Then he goes on to start complaining about me to his coworker in Hindi…

Second time going to this Subway because I was in the area and had a crave for it. I got one of their wraps & a sandwich for my daughter. Didn't have options of tortilla like the spinach one ask to toasted he said No because they don't toast the wraps(should b optional). Was in a rush making wrap & sandwich was not a line just a couple walked in after I did. Definitely never go back to this spot because the first time didn't have a good experience either the second one. My daughter went in a different day no good service as well. Definitely will not recommend this location even tho is at the mall....Food wasn't FREE, hellooo !!!
