I’m here quite often and the staff is always on point , so good to the point they know my order by heart , great customer service , day shift and night shift are great . BEST SUBWAY in the south suburbs !!!!!

i ate at this subway about a week ago & ever since then ive been vomting because i got food poisoning from whatever food they served me & put on my sandwich IF U SEE THIS DO NOT EAT FROM THIS SUBWAY i also forgot to mention i also discovered i had heartburn WHICH makes this situation even worser SO MY PEOPLE DO NOT EAT FROM THIS SUBWAY THEY ARE BAD & THEY ARE NOT CLEAN

I ordered through the subway app for pickup. The transaction went through but the guy claimed they did not receive my order. After transaction order was awaiting a response for pickup but 15 minutes later I was still awaiting pickup time. So I refresh the subway app on the same page and the app crashed. I went to the location I ordered from: no refund and no food pickup. The supervisor claimed they did not receive an order from me. I tried contacting customer service for help and was unable to get help even though I provided proof and so forth... I'm really disappointed. Where is my refund????

I visited this place for lunch and I tried veggie delight and it was so amazing. I would recommend to all the people you have to visit this subway. All the staff are so friendly. Cleaning is too much good though..

I was denied bathroom access although I'm a diabetic and also a stroke survivor. The woman and the male denied me bathroom access when I told them they lost my business they all changed their tune .
Reporting them to the better Business bureau and also the alderman of the community.
It was a truly lousy experience.

There’s a short lady who doesn’t wear gloves or mask when she’s around the food and is talking over the ingredients.
Took way too long to make my one sandwich. Ten mins to make one sandwich…
I’m only writing this because I was their only customer when I walked in…asked about the coupon on the app…they knew I was ordering online and still took forever to start making it.
Two employees taking over twelve mins to make one sandwich.

This is the place we take our fall back at CTA bus operators
Wouldn’t let me use their bathroom even though I am a working EMT and was insanely rude. The place is dirty. The lady didn’t even speak to me in English but rudely in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand her.
I will be contacting the public health department for not allowing a customer to use public washroom because of "bad water"
