I’m only writing this because I was their only customer when I walked in…asked about the coupon on the app…they knew I was ordering online and still took forever to start making it.
Two employees taking over twelve mins to make one sandwich. Just annoyed tbh. I’ll try again this weekend

Wouldn’t let me use their bathroom even though I am a working EMT and was insanely rude. The place is dirty. The lady didn’t even speak to me in English but rudely in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand her.

Decent location. Wasn't busy when I stopped in, and it was a good thing because I needed four-foot-long sandwiches made at that time for a party, and there was only one person working behind the counter. And at least they were made correctly, and the foot long cookies were good.
This is the nastiest location in the suburbs they're so rude they barely talk as you're trying to communicate with them they're serving old vegetables the tomatoes are so soggy and wet looking the lettuce is brown the pickles are dried out everything looks very terrible, not to mention as she was making my sandwich I saw a grasshopper I asked her what is that and she tried to cover it up and give me new tomatoes this location needs to be looked at also when you walk in to the left they have so many packages and boxes is literally falling on top of each other along with the roach motels in mouse traps that they have at the door and next to the drink machine it's not appealing at all to eat there

so rude.last time a friend of mine went with me to get a sub and the lady said she couldn’t hear her and so she spoke up and the lady still couldn’t hear her…She ended up making the wrong sub and got mad at my friend when my friend spoke up and told her which sub she wanted.The lady got mad and threw a fit at us.never came back to this place.

This place needs to hire people that can speak English. Every time I come here they have a new immigrant from India who speaks no English. Not only did this employee not speak English, but he was also on his ear piece talking while I'm trying to explain my order to him.

Unfortunately my visit to this particular Subway was not fresh. The steak meat was ...I can't even explain what it was except not good. I kept telling the attendant that I wanted a number 3 which is The Monster cheese steak sandwich. The only ingredients from the menu were less than tasty and my bread was not fresh. Unfortunately I only gave 1 star and that was for the location and convenience.
