Chain restaurant with rude staff. There's another location 3 blocks away and it's a lot better.
Poor Customer Service..
Good service Fresh food
This famous chain Subway now offers some new items - their new sliders are truly for small appetites. I was walking towards Marina City on a weekend late morning hour, and that Subway was right across the Chicago River. The restaurant is really 'sandwiched' between the lower floor of the famous parking garage of one 'corn cob' Marina Tower and another restaurant (Dick's Last Resort) on the lower level, and the views of the river and Chicago Loop from there are fantastic. The view and the location of this Subway is quite unusual, as well. I ordered the Italian Spice Slider with pepperoni and salami on a telera roll that was quite tasty -- filling and flavorful -- despite its quite small, 'three-bite' size in fact, but that was just what I wanted. They offer some other types of sliders there, as well. One can also order their food online. The service was good, the restaurant was not too busy. Good food, memorable place!
If this Subway was outside of Chicago, I would rate it lower, but since all fast food restaurants downtown have terrible service, I’d say their’s is pretty average. The problem I have with them is that they don’t pay attention when you’re telling them what to put on your sandwich. Sometimes there’s a language barrier, but more frequently it’s just carelessness and apathy. After they inevitably make the sandwich incorrectly while ignoring what you’re saying to them, it’s very difficult to get them to start over. I’ve spoken to the manager about this repeated problem, but he seems not to even pretend to care, so take this all for what it’s worth... hopefully your luck will be better than mine. The food itself is consistent with any other Subway... no better, no worse.
Standard serving time and not expensive.
The two young ladies that are always there around 3pm have great customer service. They are very friendly and always so polite! My go to subway thank you!
The Subway food is decent, when you might not want to eat something that's gonna way heavy on your stomach a sandwich from them will do the trick.
Why have hours that say open til 12am when you're never open past 10pm. Been going here every now and again for a while now over the past four years since i work nearby. Past couple of times i've gone there i've either walked up to the door while staff was inside but it was locked, or the lights were completely off with no one in sight. This is around 10-10:30pm.
If you don't like this Subway, walk a block. Any direction. You're bound to run into another one.

Lady had attitude. Didn't listen. Couldn't even cut sandwiches in half right. Couldn't hear her. Being rude. Rolling eyes. I don't want her to take my order but she just had an really ugly attitude. Needs to work on customer service.
My Mom and I Love Subway! Fresh bread always makes our sandwiches taste delicious ! ðŸž
They have a decent sub for veggie
It was st Patrick's day. They were packed. Baking bread as fast as they sold it.. They did an amazing job keeping up with all the business... and it was clean!!!!
SKIP THIS LOCATION Went in today just before lunch to get a footlong sandwich and watch football. I only had a choice of six inch rye bread or if I wanted a footlong only flatbread. The only other person there was behind me started laughing and he like me, simply walked out. When they first opened they were really good, but I think they're getting ready to close this Subway. It's seems empty most of the time now and now I know why.
