Good service and good food

Middle Eastern employee was extremely rude to me. I placed an order online while in the store. You can tell the man already had an attitude. When it came time to make me and my daughter sandwich he refused to toast our sandwiches and add the toppings we wante. He raised his voice at me saying he has other orders to make and to cancel my online order. He clearly did not want to do his job. I remained calm but it was as if he wanted to provoke me into an argument. I told him that I will report him to corporate. How dare he put customers through that treatment who patronize their business. If you don't like us stop coming in our neighborhoods setting up shop. I will never return to this location. He tried to ruin my evening but the devil is a liar. Calling corporate first thing in the morning

I live in Canada. Someone hacked my subway account and ordered 3 separate orders from this location. I called immediately and they told me nothing they could do. Wouldn't cancel the order or refund. Profiting off fraud.

Not just this location but also the one on 103rd and Torrence. My husband and I have used our debit cards on two different occasions (using different accounts.) We noticed after using our cards we would be alerted by our bank that unusual charges from Amazon in the amount of $7.49 each time was trying to be withdrawn multiple times What raises concern is the first time we thought nothing of it. However the same thing happened again. Each time the charges came in it was right after the Subway visits and each time it was for $7.49. Now could this be coincidental, maybe. I know that we all work too hard to let even a small amount go, but typically that’s what they count on us not recognizing these small amounts. If you patronize any of these two locations be cautious. Check your statements. Again this could all be a coincidence.

I’ve had multiple poor experiences dining at Subway, and I can’t recommend it based on my visits. Each time, the staff has been consistently rude and has failed to follow my directions when assembling my sandwich. This has resulted in disappointing meals and an overall negative experience. Given these repeated issues, I’m looking forward to never having to come here again. I simply dislike the experience and would prefer to dine elsewhere.

The worker messed up my online order. I had more veggies than anything and barely any sauce. When I asked for more sauce (Which I already paid for) he said its extra and wouldn’t make me another sandwich thats bad for business if you mess up an order and dont want to fix it. Then debated with me about how much sauce goes on a sandwich. So i suggested to put the sauce on the side he even denied that and lied saying we dont have sauce cups. So where does the sauce for the dippers go? Its a ton of subways not my loss! Work on your peoples skill before mouthing off to the public

Stop being stingy with the meat. The foot long costs to much money for you to put a small amount of meat on the sandwich for the amount I'm being charged. I literally tasted bread and vegetables. I will never visit this location again.
