Every time I come in workers are on there phones touching and never changing them this I discussting behavior and totally unprofessional. And on top of that an employee made me wait on service while he finishes a phone call totally disrespectful and has to stop....

This Subway location is heroic. After Lollapalooza it was my tradition to come here for a late night dinner to save money on food at the event. This location stays open late, and their staff operates this location like a Costco store. Best Subway I have been to. Not all heroes wear capes.

I wish I could give this place a 0. I believe they have an issue when it comes to African Americans. The indian woman is very rude and nasty. Makes it seem as though I'm bothering her every time I am in there and literally throws things on my sandwich or pizza. Today she spoke to her coworker in a different language and they both stared at me and laughed. She also tried to over charge me for a pizza I get everyday almost. This is very unprofessional. Maybe a training class or something will help this establishment. Will not be back. I do not recommend.

The cashier/ food preparer in the morning is rude ! Acts as if running her business is the worse makes you wait even though you are the only one there. I’m legally blind and I fold my money to know what I have. She tried to scold me for this and made me look for change because she said one of my dollars looked weird, it didn’t and wouldn’t answer why I had to change how I pay. I won’t go back to poor service and ableist behavior

I showed her proof that I had the order, and she still wanted to argue with me about the fact that she never received it. We put orders in through the SUBWAY® app and they pretend they never received it. On another order-- they got it completely wrong. Do not go here! They don't care about the customer. I'll never go back.
