Staff here is incredibly rude. And by rude I mean they practically ignore you. Picking up a mobile order is basically impossible. They pay you no attention at all. That’s assuming your order is even ready when you get there. I won’t be back.

Worker didn't say a word through the entire order, when it was my turn, she just looked at me. No clue if she was ready or not. She could only remember one ingredient at a time and still placed the wrong ingredient at times.

When ordering online they forget to add items (they forgot include one of the drinks or more)When they do remember to add the drinks they give the wrong drinkIf you order you sandwich toasted 9/10 times they forget to do that too.

INFORMED THE STORE EMPLOYEES THE RESTROOM HAD BOOBOO ALL OVER THE PLACE AND HIS ONLY RESPONSE WAS THEY HAVE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS SUBWAY IS THE MOST RACIST ESTABLISHMENT IN ILLINOIS WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THEM WHEN THEY DISRESPECT US SO MUCH. I love getting the footlong Veggie patty sandwich. Its made fresh and how I like it: toasted on whole grain roll with melted pepper jack cheese. The fixings I like: Spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, some guardine(sic) peppers, topped off with a Chipotle dressing. The guy I think that owns/manages it was very nice and made the sandwich with care. I go into this Subway every so often. Its well lit and clean. I recommend it

the food here is good, but i want it to be known that the male manager is very hostile towards homeless people; a few months ago, while i was trying to order my sandwich, i watched the guy leave the register so he could whack a homeless person who came into their restaurant with a broom, with enough force to make a loud sound. it really disturbed me, and since i just remembered that situation today, i decided to post this now.
Vegetarian options: Worst service ever. Will never go there again. They acted like it was a bother to want to b served. Does not except coupons

Terrible place tried to charge me for double meat, when the damn sandwich was skimpy asl, a old Indian lady made, then middle aged Indian guy finished I asked him he said there’s nothing they can do….. don’t go there ever….. I know tollhouse cookies when I see them, they aren’t baking cookies there either…. This why the place stay empty now… save your time and money….

I ordered a steak and cheese and got the absolute skimpiest sandwich I've ever had at ANY Subway ... seriously it was bread and veggies with a hint of steak. just for my own info i scraped the steak off...it was 3 tablespoons ... total rip off. Definitely will not be back.
