Very unprofessional lady at this location came on July 9th at 9:25pm when I arrived door was locked already light was still on and she saw we were by the door in and did not even open the door, and just went to the back

I ordered food online and got confirmation for everything. I went to pick up right on time. They said they never got my order even though I confirmed a million times the address and the fact that the order was placed. And to add salt to the injury, they never refunded my money. (to sum- I didn't get my food or my refund and they charged my card right after I ordered so I know they got it)

I've been going there fir years and alway I requested to get more veggies, but I guess the rules change, when I was told by a Spanish worker that she would have to charged me extras for my BLT sandwich which I usually ordered everyday and spend $22. 00. Well I guess I have to find somewhere else but that's alot money. Too bad I had to end this way , by me just not visiting any more . Bye subway, and hello To charcoal delight.
