This is hands down the WORST subway you could order from. Started off with the owner racially profiling my husband and denying him picking up our food, then as if that wasn't enough, he made our order wrong, giving us chicken instead of an Italian BMT. We'll order from another location going forward.

I ordered two foot longs online one buffalo chicken and the other chicken teriyaki. when I arrived they were not ready. The person had to start preparing it right there, which at that point what is the concept of ordering online. In addition, I arrive home (which is down the block ) to eat my sandwiches and when I open them not only was it sloppy and poorly made but it there was barely any pieces of chicken in the sandwiches and the ones that were it tasted undercooked, mainly all bread and veggies. Total waste of money and time going to subway. Disgusting never again!!

I have been to this Subway before and it was fine. This time I had a coupon and asked if they would accept. I was told yes but only on basic sandwiches. The coupons had exclusions which I was not ordering. I did let them know and they said we only take coupons on turkey, ham and a few others. I told them I would not be ordering and thank you. I left and went to another Subway that was happy to take the coupon. There was not a sign saying they would only allow of specific sandwiches so I am glad I asked. Do with this information what you would like.

I came with friends at 2:30am and the customer service is horrible. The employee took the bread with his bare hands instead of using gloves, he washed his hands with just water not even soap. He didn’t acknowledge us when we came in, he was cleaning the floor and he told us to wait until he finished. He took his sweet time to work on our orders and for example if we asked for spinach he put only 5 leaves of spinach, we had to ask for more. We love subway but this place was terrible, DON’T RECOMMEND!! Don’t put a 0 start cause it doesn’t let me.

I ordered in advance for a specific pick up time. I ended up being 20 minutes late for my pick up, just to learn that they didn't make any of my food. Not because they were busy, but because they were confused why I placed two separate orders. Why did no one call to confirm details? Ultimately the food was made and given to me over 30 minutes after the requested pick up time. Not acceptable.
