The woman takes way too long to do the sandwiches. She start an order and leave it to do others that came in last! Doesn’t follow directions and you have to repeat none stop what you want on it ! Please keep the man that works and the young lady they know how to do there job and follow instructions

Person behind the counter had locked the door at 12:38 when I arrived and took 10-15 minutes to see outside that I was standing to order food. After having my order outside in my car, as she asked me to eat outside, I went back in to wash my hands. I was told at that point to wash my hands outside as they don’t like people to use their restroom.

Went here for the 6.99 meal of the day at about 12:30AM… Wednesday going into Thursday. The Weds. sub was a meatball and Thursday was pepperoni. Asked for Meatball she said no because the system “automatically” updates… long story short? It does not automatically update. She ended up just typing in random food combinations to get to the 6.99 total… and tried play me like I didn’t know what a subtotal was ringing in 7.67 before tax… so I could’ve got the meatball after all huh? incompetence.

Was here with a friend over the weekend and the place is completely infested with flying insects. My friend and I did not notice at first, as there were less of them by the sub station. They started flying into us trying to attack and we killed a couple while waiting. No big deal until after I paid and saw the swarm that was dead on the floor, on the ceiling and swarming the lights and pop station. The man working refused to give a refund after I requested one, as there “wasn’t one in the sandwich.” Meanwhile the bugs are flying down and slapping us in the face while making the complaint. I know the standards for subway are low, but this is ridiculous. Subway corporate better be ready because I’m getting my $17.87 back.
P.S. the person in line behind us was a doordasher so BEWARE where you’re ordering your late night subs from.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Subway, and it was all due to the behavior of an employee who was a young Indian woman. I visited this location expecting good service, but unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. From the moment I approached the counter, she seemed uninterested in helping me. She was not attentive, and her attitude was dismissive.
Restroom out of order. Employee told me to go relieved myself outside. Nice customer service. I am an Uber driver and we help deliver sandwiches but they treat us like we are homeless. Horrible experience.
