Bad bad service, I am a retired veteran that came here just to buy a subway but sadly I was treated with disrespect by the workers in there this place needs to get taken down and inspected I also saw rats and roaches in there.

I walked in this subway and immediately knew I wasn’t eating anything that came out of there, the inside was so dirty, no chairs, no bathroom to wash hands and the glass that you order your food thru was so nasty that I couldn’t even see the choices, I asked the one employee if they ever clean up and all she could say was I don’t know ??♂️?♀️smh it’s the worst looking subway I’ve ever seen! Don’t waste your time!

Bernida the sandwich artist is great. New ownership apparently requires the music to be blasted super loud. She says she can't turn it down unless she gets permission. If you own this store, let her turn it down. Communicating thru bullet proof glass is tough but I get it. Loud music makes communicating almost impossible.

I ordered through the app and the sandwiches were ready on time, but they were some of the worst sandwiches I've ever gotten. This was my first time at this location because I happened to be in the area. The sandwiches were beyond messy, ingredients not evenly balanced or distributed, a kid could make a better sandwich. Tomatoes outside the bread like they forgot and just threw them on when wrapping the sandwich up. Old spinach that looked oily or wet. I paid for deluxe meat and got what looked to be regular meat on both sandwiches. Just don't go to this location if you have another option. They check the box but nothing more.

Today i placed an online order 4 simple fact im on lunched timed sch ..lady at 3946 w cermak ….didnt even bother to make my order until i got there n she was wit a client b4 me so now im late too work ..wat was purpose of ordering online and it. Being ready at 1055am n its now 1105am..once again timed lunch.N she still aint done …im very upset n now im late for work..i will tell everyone bout this subway and ther horrible service

The guy that worked on 6/2/21 around 1 p.m. was very rude to me and unprofessional. I was the only one in the store and he kept me waiting to order. After a while, he demanded that I sit down in the corner, and wait for him to get ready to take my order. I was extremely mad because I had already been waiting and in no way rushing him, so to order me to sit like I was a dog was beyond unprofessional. No one should be told to go sit as if he/she/they/them/ etc. is an annoyance to the worker at any establishment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this place. Horrible customer service.
