2 months ago… Ordered online so I can just pick the food up. I requested that my sandwich to get toasted and they didn’t. They can barely speak English. Also, as soon I came in, worker was on their phone.
Today 11/25/25 gave them another chance, since it is near by home, after a long day of work and a work out session… they still have a language barrier. The bullet proof glass shield makes it more difficult to communicate… The worker started to give me an attitude while working the order. My sandwich looks like a mess…

This used to be my go to subway till other workers started working here at first it was fine . But they don’t make them the same . They skimp on the meat . Changed the soda machine . Workers here are so skimpy !! I pay 19$ almost 20$ for my subway with the drink 🤦🏻♂️

Horrible service. The white guy working there has an attitude about everything. A simple question he answers to look it up in the menus. Didn’t want to take coupons even though they were completely valid. Didn’t complete my order and had to wait for my soup after he was done with the guest behind me. I asked for a receipt and never got it. He kept walking away from me. This restaurant is pretty straight forward so he definitely goes out of his way to make it horrible for the customer.
