Terrible place. Stale food. No washroom for paying customers, Indian staff just don't know how to behave in America. Being indian myself, I feel ashamed of this behavior for customers. Can't give less than one star. It's running just because it's a Subway. Subway should take away their franchise.

I walked in very I'll and the guy said I have to pay to use the bathroom to throw up, bullshit treatment!
I’m not so often in Chicago, and if I’m i know the places where I have dinner, so after I walked 25 minutes to come to subway 24/7 some Indian guy open me the door and said “We are close” when I asked him how you are close, when lights are on and you are here? He said we work only weekends 24/7 google lies… So google is it your fault?

I’m very big on reviews! Boy do I wish I would have read these before going here!! My sister and I came in to grab subs. Naim was SO rude to us! He acted as if we were a bother to him. It was almost as if we were not paid customers. Guys, please save your time! Do NOT go here, if you do you will be disappointed by the lack of customer service and care!

My job has discounts with this subway and has coupons for us to take there. The coupons says that it expires 5/9/2024. Today is 5/8/2024 and the “Manager” was the one telling me they don’t do that anymore and told me to check a different store when my job clearly says 447 n state location. I felt like I was not acknowledged and after picking my bread the manager didn’t ask what type of meat he just expected me to say it . Horrible customer service I go here almost everyday for a churro but if I could rate it less than 1 star, I promise it would be -50 . The drug dealers can come in there but I can’t use a discount ?lol

Walked in after work only to see a giant metal shield covering their food stations. Best thing about Subway is being able to see what they are putting in your food. Can’t trust them anymore. Will continue to rate 1-Star at each location I visit until they go back to everything being viewable.Side note: this location consistently has a guy locking the doors late at night and taking a nap behind the counter. I caught him on video as well.
