This subway is amazing with fresh quality sandwiches, variety of chips and drinks. The new ownership had turned around the store completely and now is the favorite destination of school students and Sauganash community for quick quality meals. This place is clean, warm and very welcoming with great food and service. I go there pretty much everyday for 1 meal for sure and sometimes even more..... They open early at 7am and close at 9:30pm....have breakfast and dinner deals and accept all coupons. 5 STARS to owner Mike and staff members :)

The employees working here think they own the whole franchise, very cheap and treat you like your a peasant. Run away don’t even pay them a visit. They also close the bathroom so they don’t have to clean it. Like come on these people shouldn’t be in business. Period.

very unprofessional & sketchy subway. i asked for giardiniera on my sandwich & they said it would cost extra? it doesn’t cost extra at any of the 100s of subways in chicago, so why this one? i said ok anyway & they charged me for a cookie. if they actually had to charge for extra ingredients of any kind they would have a sku for it lol. they also cancelled my order on the app for using my subway reward points (it was a $2 off coupon) because they told me they don’t participate in any promotions or reward programs. sketchy af

I ordered the buy one get one free deal online. When my son went to pick it up they told him they canceled it, even though this location is a participant of this deal. A waste of time! What a disappointment! Disrespectful!
