I always get subway from this location and place my orders through the app. So today my wife and I placed an order through the app inside the restaurant so we can see the employee make the sandwiches correctly. After a few minutes, I walked to the manager which is a very rude one to show him my order has been placed. Instead of telling me the order takes a minute to come through the system, he tells me we don't have an order without any explanation of letting me know to wait a few minutes. So I asked for another employee help and her name is Anna. She is amazing with customer service and helped me without any issues and also confirmed that the order takes a few minutes to come through the system since it's paid for and stayed on the task. Anna should be the manager with her skills, please give her that manager position and get rid of that dude who has no verbal skills to communicate with customers. With her at this establishment, the restaurant can have all 5 stars.

Hey Very Expensive Subway Chicagoland!!!!!
I was ordering a veggie sandwich ,cheese and eggs.He asked me one or eggs!!!!! Always Subways makes me with 4 eggs NO CHARGE FOR IT.
I was ordering 2 eggs,he charge me extra 3$
Why?????!

Please watch your recent before pay for sandwich,and adjusted price to another Subway ☝️

I ordered chicken dippers and pepperoni dippers. No cheese, no sauces even though the receipt shows my order perfectly. Just a wrap rolled up with a tiny bit of chicken. And I mean tiny. Same with pepperoni. So disappointed.

They did not honor my coupon/ apply it correctly. They were overcharging me for the two footlongs I ordered. The coupon clearly states the few sandwiches that CANNOT be bought with this coupon. I ordered two sandwiches that were not listed on the coupon. Yet they first tried to charge me for extra bacon (when bacon already comes on the particular sandwich), then told me I could not get the All American Sub with the coupon. I asked where does it say that and he just generally pointed to the coupon.... I left feeling extremely upset and disappointed. I will not come back to this location.

Uber Eats stold my order and money. The restaurant made it right. Sandwiches are really good here. Plus come here directly and don't go thru Uber. Thank You owner for making it right.

Keep It Neat

They are soooo stingy with ingredients. Their spinach was rotting and were still going to use it on my sandwich. Their bread is also smaller than at other subways. Anyway, the taste was ok, but yeah. Cheap cheap on ingredients, not coming back to this location and if you like fresh ingredients go somewhere else.
