This particular SUBWAY has a big issue in my opinion being a "lack of integrity " and poor customer service with employees that either cannot or pretend not to speak English well or understand properly. This may be a ploy to not have to explain or honor your requests....of not the case the owner needs to consider having employees on duty or at least one who can understand and help mitigate communication issues . This was my second time in over a year trying This location because it is actually my local SUBWAY, however my last experience was very disappointing and because SUBWAY is franchised out each location operates or not based on their prerogative SUBWAY itself has no real CUSTOMER SERVICE for customers so evidently no guidance or oversight for locations utilizing their branding.
The issue I had today was I purchased 2 dippers and requested the "meal deal" where you can add either chips, 2 cookies and a drink. The young lady who rang me up said I could do this with my purchase , she stopped me when trying to put my number in to claim my points from purchase then did not give me a reciept at the end of my transaction to hide her deciet. I requested my printed reciept and she stared at it before giving it to me knowing she made an error. When I questioned her about it she blamed her computer and had me walk to the window to see what she pressed, I said why would the Meal Deal be advertised, I ask fir it and you don't honor it. So she babbles and walks off to assist another customer as if just to say "just accept the upcharge lady " don't question me I just push buttons and make sandwiches. Dismayed with her responses and service I ask for the manager but no one is there, I ask fir the manager name she barely says PK, when will PK be in I ask she states maybe Sunday ???? I took my items, took a picture of the Menu Board and my reciept.
I am sure there will be no resolve because last year I contacted SUBWAY headquarters through the website ( the only option) of 8 times to finally be responded to by a general email that addressed nothing and no way for me to reply. I detailed this on a review for SUBWAY CORPORATE. There is no recourse fir customers, it's just poor service, no guarantees and money lost.......let's not talk about the metal hoods they have installed blocking your view from seeing what is actually going on your sandwich before the veggies do .......skimping of meat and old product most likely. They claim the hoods are to keep tge meat fresher but they are never closed ?????
I am also eating a DIPPER with sauce and not 1 napkin was provided in my bag....I guess that cuts costs too......

I placed an order on the official subway app and when I got there I was told they don’t do online orders, I asked if they could make the sandwiches anyway because I had the receipt and they refused. They then said I should get a refund in a couple of days and it’s been 2 weeks with no refund. Horrible service don’t go.

Employee sneezed in his bare hands and wiped it on his shirt, then proceeded to grad the sandwich. Location was also extremely dirty

The meet was cold as shitt and the worker didn’t want to help he said it wasn’t his problem I told him to have his manager information and him denied

Took granddaughters they loved it. Parking area too small.
I went to this subway today which is June 28th at around 3:30pm and waited 30 minutes for someone to come out. I heard someone working in the back and I was just ignored. I knocked on the window & called for someone to come up but they never did. This subway had terrible customer service today and I don’t recommend getting your food from here.

I'm sure this shop is ok. I left because they didn't accept my coupon. It would be nice if stores that don't participate in coupon sales posted a big sign. The shop was otherwise clean and presentable.

Not a very good experience. The worst prepared sandwich I’ve ever purchased at a Subway. The sandwich maker is extremely slow and needs more training on how to prepare quality sandwiches, do not waste your money go to a different location.
