They need to get rid of the guy that’s there is like he still doesn’t know what he’s doing and when he cuts the bread and opens it he starts to flatten it out like why !!!! Then he does the sandwhich upside down where meat and cheese go on the top flap like why . Then he’s greedy for mayo and ranch just adds one thin strip of it like bro add some more I’m paying for it anyways like he did not want to add more !! He needs to go !! Not coming there again !!!

If you order pickup here, double-check that you receive everything you paid for. It's been twice now that I was only handed my sandwich and had to ask for the rest of my order.
Today I ordered two drinks and chips, again he only gave me my sandwich, so I told them I would grab the rest and proceeded to do so, but was told “no chip” until I showed my receipt which he clearly didn't know how to read, until I showed him my online receipt. A previous visit, the same employee tried to give me a small drink when I paid for a medium. These situations could be avoided if orders were checked properly before handing them out.

This place is my favorite, they prepared the sandwich exactly to my liking. Mr. Ani had served me many times, a great employee, professional, and courteous.

0 for this place looks like lately register dnt work all the time they make sandwiches but when it’s time to pay guy is fixing the machine cause it dnt work I when 3times and I have waited 30 min but after the second time I just left and don’t bother after 20 min They need to fix it asap for the soda machine also they need to clean cause they had nasty 🤮 chuncks coming out of it dnt bother goin
The workers are kind and the sandwiches are good. The dine in area is newly renovated so it's a nice place to eat. The chairs are comfortable and the lighting is much better.

I love the new lay out Especially the customer service Amit was great friendly gave a break down of the special the other guy I didn't get his name was maintaining the place clean great crew keep it up guys.

Ordered online for pickup. When i went to get my food 1/2 of it was not even available so i opted for chips and a drink to replace the cost, but it really costed less then what i paid. Got home opened my wrap and bit into it to discover it was disgusting...
it was spose to be steak meat and the meat was cold, i do not think it is meant to be served that way. If so i could not see who would like it. Pretty gross went to the trash.

Today, I placed an online order. Upon arrival, I informed the employee that I was there to pick up my order. He then told me that a specific item I had ordered was unavailable. At first, I had difficulty understanding him due to his heavy accent, but I eventually understood and requested a refund for the unavailable item.
The employee responded by raising his voice and stated that he could not issue a refund because the order was placed online. I found this reasoning unacceptable, as I have never encountered a policy where online orders are not eligible for refunds. This interaction left me feeling as though the employee was attempting to keep my money without providing the item I ordered.
After a prolonged and unpleasant exchange, he eventually refunded me $6 but also told me to never return to the restaurant. This experience was extremely disappointing, as I have always enjoyed dining at Subway. However, due to this incident, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others. The treatment I received was unprofessional, especially as a customer who simply wanted a fair resolution.

i order a 6 inch sub with soup , i ask the guy server to replace hes salad , spinach because they look old.. They need to have fresher ingredients as well provide better service ..Bathrooms always out of service even for customers..so if you bringing your kids this is not the place because bathrooms dont work..
