Ordered online for pickup. When i went to get my food 1/2 of it was not even available so i opted for chips and a drink to replace the cost, but it really costed less then what i paid. Got home opened my wrap and bit into it to discover it was disgusting...
it was spose to be steak meat and the meat was cold, i do not think it is meant to be served that way. If so i could not see who would like it. Pretty gross went to the trash.

Today, I placed an online order. Upon arrival, I informed the employee that I was there to pick up my order. He then told me that a specific item I had ordered was unavailable. At first, I had difficulty understanding him due to his heavy accent, but I eventually understood and requested a refund for the unavailable item.

The employee responded by raising his voice and stated that he could not issue a refund because the order was placed online. I found this reasoning unacceptable, as I have never encountered a policy where online orders are not eligible for refunds. This interaction left me feeling as though the employee was attempting to keep my money without providing the item I ordered.

After a prolonged and unpleasant exchange, he eventually refunded me $6 but also told me to never return to the restaurant. This experience was extremely disappointing, as I have always enjoyed dining at Subway. However, due to this incident, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others. The treatment I received was unprofessional, especially as a customer who simply wanted a fair resolution.

i order a 6 inch sub with soup , i ask the guy server to replace hes salad , spinach because they look old.. They need to have fresher ingredients as well provide better service ..Bathrooms always out of service even for customers..so if you bringing your kids this is not the place because bathrooms dont work..

I walk in this place and I ask if I can use the restroom and two guys doing nothing start telling me that there is no bathroom when I can clearly see one right in front of me. So, I said, "So you guys don't want me to buy two sandwiches from you," and they both said at the same time NO! It was pretty comical. It's funny how two lazy, ignorant employees who don't feel like keeping a bathroom clean that the owner has to lose out on the business. I'll never walk in there again.

Ordered online since they had a BoGo deal and only could use online, when picking it up I was told by only person there that next time ā€œorder at cashierā€ in arrogant tone, I told him what you mean he said ā€œorder hereā€. I ask him so this place is not participate location, he said ā€œnoā€. I told him ok good to know and walked out. I was going to get some cookies but after his interaction he lost a sale. I know that business have to make money but don’t participate in the promotion then not be happy when customers use the promotion. Not all location participate.

I had placed a mobile order since there’s a promotion going on I order and went to pick it up in the restaurant. I ask a tall Indian men who’s bald and old and he rudely didn’t even bother to look up my name just quickly said my order wasn’t there. I left it like that and I was in my car when I saw he went into the tablet and cancelled my order and smirk if I can give this restaurant a negative stars I wish I can this hasn’t happen with just me but with other people that I see in the reviews bad experience wish they can shut this place down

I placed an online order to pick up, thinking it would be quick and easy. When I walked in and asked about the order, the guy immediately got mad, as if I was inconveniencing him just by being there. He shoved the order at me and flat-out told me to never come back. The place was completely dead—no customers inside or in the parking lot—so it's not like they were swamped or anything. I picked it up just 10 minutes after placing it, so it hadn’t been sitting around for long. On top of that, the portions were ridiculously small, like he barely cared about making the order right. Honestly, the whole experience was frustrating and uncomfortable.

I order to go two chicken noodle soup for my daughter and when we got home my 8 year old daughter noticed an odd smell, I grabbed her soup to double check And her soup smell horrible and taste awful! Never again going to this subway.
