the place is poorly attended, the tables dirty and the customer service is terrible, I went to eat during my lunch break and I had to clean my table to be able to sit down, I was the only one eating there, I made a call and I was talking and I put the speaker on while I was eating, and it turns out that the employee there was upset that I was talking like that, because she told me to shut up with a customer who came in, she told him to tell me to shut up, to lower my call volume, I wasn't talking loudly nor was the speaker very loud,,, but it bothered them, in fact they had music louder than my call, I don't understand their attitude towards me,,, really very bad, but I will not go to that subway on 59th and Kedzie again, horrible experience! I didn't say anything to them so I didn't want to fight and I just left!
Bread was so hard! Bread was not fresh!
Went at 11am, purchased the deal of the day (chicken sandwich). 10 minutes later, when I got to my destination to sit down and eat, the bread was so hard. I'm sure they gave me old bread, because it was warm from the toaster , but hard as a rock.

Ordered thru Uber eats. Order was not prepared according to what I specified. Sandwich was so bland. Did not get the lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers,cucumbers. Sandwich looked like someone just took some steak cheese and onions green peppers and thru it all together. I have never seen a subway sandwich so poorly made. I paid alot of money for a product that was not properly made and I called the store 2 times but noone picked up to answer. It rang over 10 times both times. Never again will I order from there and neither should you if you don't want to be disappointed. I wasted my money on a poorly made sandwich.

I placed an online order for pickup and the guy that works at night told me that he didn’t have any recipe with the pickup under my name and I showed him about 4 times my recipe on the subway app. He called his manager with a attitude and then passed the phone to me and the manager asked for the order number so I gave it to him and he said “it’s not coming up on my side” which I’m sure he was lying since it was already past 11pm I’m sure he was at his house. Then I asked the manager if I was going to receive my order or not since I was showing the guy working there my order, he told me yes and then I gave the phone backed to the guy working there. The guy working there was touching his PRIVATE AREA as he was on the phone with the manager, he hanged up and DIDINT wash his hand just proceeded to ask me what was my order and make my order with an attitude while saying “next time no recipe no order for you” and he kept going to the back part of the place and even to THE BATHROOM WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE WAS PREPARING THE ORDER WITH AND DIDNT CHANGE THEM. Then as he was finishing up I told him I had ordered cookies as well as I showed him the order on my phone and he rolled his eyes and said the same thing again “next time no recipe no order for you” so at that point I had taken enough and I told him there was no reason for him to take out his anger towards me since he was blaming me for the recipe not coming up when clearly it was the computer and the recipe machine not working.

I requested an order for delivery. And door dash brought it to me, things were missing. Call the store. Let him speak to door dash. I spoke to the door, they were not responsible, the store told me that if I wanted it, it should be me, and I think... That's why I asked for delivery.I think the problem is that those who picked up the order do not speak English and could not communicate with the store. Correct. Suggestion if you order something for delivery that is not with door dash. (They were Venezuelans)
