Same stories... I'm a person who wants to use the bathroom first to order, and like usual,.. I asked for it, and the guy said, "The bathroom is not working..." Even though I told him I made my order first, then I use the bathroom, he already said, NO, the bathroom is not working. Stories like this are most in Dunkin' Donuts and Subways.... Employees, if you do not like to work in this kind of restaurant and do the duty to keep a clean and accessible bathroom, find another job. You are losing costumes.

CALLED AND SPOKE TO A EMPLOYEE AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL BACK TOMORROW, MAYBE A MANAGER WILL BE THEREEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT THOSE ORDERS THEY JUST MADE WERE FRAUDULENT HER RESPONSE WAS WHY DO I CARE.

This particular Subway is my favorite of them all. Amber is a great sandwich maker. She does mine perfect everytime.. She's very friendly and courteous. I will go out of my way to get a sandwich at this Subway. Amber gets 5 stars for service!

I get a Flatbread sandwich before I have chemotherapy. It will be a long day in the chair. The young lady who opens up is very friendly at 6am in the morning. Clean place.

Horrible customer service, everybody on their phones. Starting with the manager who was very rude… Wouldn’t even acknowledge when someone walked in. Pretty much ignored one’s presence.Bread quality was very poor, sloppy appearance, no napkins, rushed me into my toppings, and even made faces and gestures when I kept adding toppings on my sandwich…. I wasn’t going to leave a review because I’m not that type of person but when my brother asked for the bathroom, his English is poor, so they decided to be rude and mock his English then started laughing.As much as I love subway… I don’t see myself coming here again…..
