The bathroom down but no sign is up and the door was open. I did make a purchase but i refunded because i had urinate in the alley behind seven eleven.

If you know you know…. Subway doesn’t have the same strength it once had in the 2000s. Then it became over saturated with you know what.. and the service for this particular one is so mediocre and it feels like I’m not getting enough veggies on the sandwich. It’s just a lot that needs improving at this location…
Sometimes I sit back and reflect on how good customer service use to be in the 90s and 2000s. That era is over.. people just don’t want to come to work and perform and I get it but damn! Smh 🤦♀️

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Subway. I bought a sub and asked to use the restroom, which was locked. I politely asked the woman working there (a Mexican lady, for context), and she told me I could use it. When I let her know it was locked, her response was simply, “I don’t know then,” and she moved on to the next customer without offering any help. Completely dismissive and unprofessional
I came in for a chicken and bacon sandwich. I saw the employee reaching for the cheese. I immediately told the employee that I didn’t want cheese, only the chicken and bacon. Her response was “ I would have to charge you more because I will have to charge extra for the bacon” I said no problem. She completely ignored me and proceeded to add cheese and toast the sandwich. I kept on telling her that I didn’t want the cheese to which she completely ignored insisting it would be more money. Completely ignored my request and asked what veggies I wanted instead.

Working guy so rud and so dirty
I was the only person in line and it still took them 15 minutes to make my sandwich. No sense of urgency, they move so slow. I missed the bus to my cleaning because they took so long.

Did online order. Sandwich (steak) was delicious and fresh. Hispanic employee (female) was super nice, great customer service! Will come again.
