Just arrived at this place (it is Saturday at 10:55pm) that advertises (online and with a neon sign in window) that they are open 24 hrs. The lights are on, but door is locked and no employees present. I left. A locked door means you're closed. I'm here to buy a sandwich, not to play games. This store needs to figure out what they're doing, because this kind of rinky-dink ameteur-hour BS certainly doesn't instill confidence in my trying this place again next time. I will just take my chances elsewhere.
I left a water bottle there on accident, call them and he hung up on me without even looking for it. Just told me that they didn’t have it and hung up.

Whoever was the lady that worked today at around 2-3pm she was so nice and made our day better. She made those sandwiches with love and she deserves a raise for her great customer service! We had to leave a tip for her! Thanks girl! :)

Absolute terrible service, I understand that the "sandwiches artist" working the graveyard shift at 4am is not pleased to be there but is no reason to service your customer (i) with pure rude disrespect. And then have the nerve to refuse to service the customer because I get upset because you are being rude to me the customer. Even before you declined my order I was ready to walk out, do to the employee behavior. Never going back there and seriously reconsidering the whole subway franchise
I’ve been to this Subway a few times and the staff has always been extremely nice and the sandwiches were prepared perfectly. Highly recommend!

On Saturday around 10:30 pm on 05 October 2024 notice The Subway on Western and Addison had bright sign OPEN 24 hrs. I was like yes!! Pulled into the parking lot, got to the door. Door was locked. No big deal most places have a doorbell to be let in during late night hours. Noticed the a female was working on the counter. Not sure if she was preparing a sub for herself or an online order. Rang the doorbell on the side of the door. She looked in my direction, I asked if she was open, she knotted her head right to left indication no. Went a few doors down to Dave's Hot Chicken. Yum, choice was 1000% better.
Subway not so 24 hours open. At least Turn off your sign so other are not deceived and pull into the parking lot expecting that you are open when you are actually not open for business.

Do not place an order for pick up here especially over night. She will cheat you out of meat. There were barely any tuna on my sandwich and the meatballs were cut in half on my partners sandwich. Which was only 3 or 4 full meatballs for a footlong sub!

I've gone several times during the day and it's always been a good experience overall. I was told they were 24 hours and checked it out for a late nite meal; I showed up at 11:40pm and doors were locked, saw an employee and was told they were closed with the 24 hour sign shining out the window... Don't waste a trip late night
Their systems suck! I’ve placed online orders and they never see it. Yet, they take the money from your account.

My partner ordered from this location tonight & had it delivered. He opened the sandwich and a giant fruit fly came flying out of the sandwich and landed on the wrapper. Absolutely disgusting y’all just lost very loyal customers.

Terrible
Went here because it was advertised as open 24 hours. The person working locked the doors and said he was cleaning and couldn’t let me in. I assured him I would only be ordering food and not eating in the lobby, he still refused me service. I’ve never heard of a restaurant closing down because someone needed to mop.
