I was really disappointed with the customer service here. One of the staff members, an older gentleman with glasses, was very rude and impatient. This business is located right by a high school, so kindness and patience with students should be expected. A young student in front of me didn’t have enough money—she was only short by about $3. Instead of handling the situation with understanding, he abruptly snatched the food back, leaving her clearly confused and uncomfortable. I ended up covering the difference since the staff said they “couldn’t split payments.”

When I stepped in to help, the same staff member turned his rudeness toward me. Ironically, once I matched his tone, he calmed down. That’s not how customer service should work.

I walked in he had a nasty attitude I placed my order but instead I wanted a foot-long and I just wanted him to make it with the other half of the bread so he cursed me out in language and then I canceled both of my orders

Earlier today i ordered on the app at 12:00 i get there at 12:10 three people behind the counter not doing nothing. That would be fine if my food was made. Spoiler: it wasn’t and they lost my ticket for my order. No apologies or offering to rush it. They give me weird looks like i’m lying that I ordered on the app. It takes about 5 minutes to find my order ticket then they make it. The girl who made my sandwich always has the worst attitude. She will give you the skimpiest skinniest sandwich ever even if you ask for extra. I love subway but this location needs some work. A small easily fixable issue left a bad taste in my mouth!
