This is the friendliest Subway around. The owners and employees know their customers by name, which is nice. And the food is always great!

This subway location has become my absolute favorite. Despite living closer to the 47th street location, I willingly make the extra effort to visit this specific one due to its outstanding service. While every staff member here offers great customer service, Sajal stands out as truly exceptional. Her kindness, personable nature, and willingness to go above and beyond make me proud to be a new regular at this Subway.

I went in to subway at 1449 E 57 St in Chicago while I was inquiring about the cheese the guy taking my order was responding with a nasty demeanor, so I asked if everything was ok when the older lady who was the manager responded stating I’m the problem and blacks don’t belong here then stated that she would be calling the police.This is unacceptable and as a customer with a attitude like that she shouldn’t be selling food to the public.

Stopped by yesterday and was very happy with the experience. The man and woman working behind the counter were both super nice. Both employees seemed to know the locals coming in and asking about families, jobs, etc. I’ve been to a lot of subways that can be a little rough or dirty. This one is certainly not like that. In addition to the great employees, the store was as clean as possible. The food was great too! Bravo to this crew!

This USED to be my FAVORITE location.. but now.. GARBAGE.. and the guy that works there Total Rude JackAzz. This location is CONSISTENTLY.. Misrepresenting the companies claim of "Six Inch Subs" I would LOVE to ACTUALLY get what I'm paying for or.. be charged accordingly... yes, I know it's "only Subway" but false advertising is still false advertising and A Lie doesn't care WHO tells it.

I come here every single morning and it's always a problem unless the African American Lady is working who provides an awesome experience every single time but when she's off the rest of the staff has the worst attitudes every and will make your sandwich any type of way, disregard your dietary restrictions, use the same gloves they've touch every other thing with to make your sandwich and get upset with you when you mention how distasteful you feel about the way they're conducting themselves.This morning I was handling a family emergency with my son being in the hospital that happened to come up while I was ordering I gave my order and proceeded to handle my emergency the sandwich maker proceeded to get upset despite having already finished my sandwich, left my sandwich open and on the counter and refused to wrap my sandwich up despite me already paying for it because he felt like I shouldn't be on the phone in the store.When he finally did wrap it and I expressed my distaste again about his behavior He then snatched sandwich out my hand and refused to give me the item I paid for. Another employee came from back being rude and yelling telling me not to come back ever. I don't know what their problem is but someone needs to check them about how they treat customers

This is literally the best Subway ever! The owners & Felicia are truly amazing and go above and beyond. My 3yr old refuses to go to any other Subway! They know us my name and know our order even though we just started coming here. Lots of easy parking and there is always fresh bread & cookies coming out of the oven and veggies being chopped every time we walk in!
