I usually ask for a simple sandwich for my kid. Turkey, cheese, extra mayo, oil, and a little lettuce.
There were no customers in the store at all, so the rush was at zero. With no rush my order was still wrong and looked carelessly put together. When I called multiple times to get my order corrected, they would not answer the phone.
I created a mobile order three minutes before coming into the store so maybe you should actually watch them make it instead of trusting them to read the order.

The store was clean and music was playing. The workers were patient and attentive despite the rude demanding customers who were ordering ahead of me.

Ordered at 9:30 this morning. This subway is horrible! I ordered a protein bowl and the app didn’t add my veggies so it was just a bowl of chicken! I ordered and picked up within 10 min. I picked up my food checked the bowl only chicken! I called them 2 min later from literally around the corner to explain the mishap and the store rep insisted that I pay extra or reorder!!!! I paid $11 for a stupid bowl of chicken and they wanted me to pay more! I will never visit them again and you shouldn’t either! Disgusted and appalled! Where is the courtesy and customer service?! They don’t deserve your business

Trust me I never write reviews theses people are NASTY. The Indian employee dropped bread on the floor and put it right back in the fridge to sell it to someone else. Do NOT eat from here. This place is dirty and you will get sick. I confronted them about the bread and he told me he caught it before it hit the floor. Come on now that makes no sense. Stay away or you will be sick.
Just left the gym, starving, planning to treat myself and my kids to some sandwiches from Subway.
First red flag:
the smell. It was giving “mop water meets regret.”
Second red flag:
the only person in there was hanging off a chair with half his behind out like he was auditioning for Subway After Dark.
Still, I tried to be polite. I greeted the two workers leaning on the counter like they were waiting for the will to live. I was on FaceTime with my young son getting his order and I start ordering three sandwiches. Mid-order, the guy with a crop-top situation going on(shirt too small, belly hanging out) barks at me: “Have them text you and get off the phone.” I explained my kid can’t text. He rolls his eyes and starts ranting to his coworker in another language, clearly pressed. I ask, “Is there a problem?” and this man doubles down and says again, “Get off the phone and have them text.” Sir… it’s just me, you, and your exposed stomach in this Subway. There is no rush. No line. No wait. I stood there realizing I was doing too much explaining for a sandwich I no longer wanted. So I left.
I’d rather support businesses especially on the south side that treat people with respect. The good thing is, this experience pushed me to look around and realize there are plenty of friendlier options nearby. Makes sense why this place had zero customers on a Saturday afternoon.

The service was absolutely terrible the guy was not letting me get my food without showing my ID even though I was showing them the paid receipt. Do not recommend placing online orders. Was rude and disrespectful and kept threatening to cancel

On Saturday, 10/12/2024, at 3:30 pm, me, he, and great grandsons, came to eat. The person taking the order was trying to be dismissive and condescending. After a brief conversational digression with him, the person's demeanor changed. While eating, another customer came in. Same individual was rude to her. He appeared to be upset with her choice of condiments. The customer asked to use restroom. Rude dude stated there was none. It was visually noted and obvious there was a restroom, it was blocked off to make it unaccessible. I readily understand if you restrict access to paying customers only. Your establishment is set up for dining in yet you will not allow your to use a working restroom. Makes one wonders.The great grandsons needed to use the restroom after eating. So I had to take them next door to Walgreens. I informed the manager of my dilemma with Subway. She allowed them to use their facilities. I appreciated and thanked her for her endeavor. I will not return and recommend others not to patronize this Subway. To the manager, please tell your employees to listen and be courteous to customers.

I stopped by because I was craving some of Subways cookies - I ordered the Oatmeal cookie, Regular Chocolate Chip, and White Chip Macadamia cookie as well.
They were fresh and tasted really good!

Dude says my order was too customized he had other things to do.. not my problem, I'm paying u right?? Make my food without an attitude it ruins the whole
