These guys stiffed our company for almost $1000 in 2020 for graphics we did. Be careful working with these people as they don't pay their bills from our experience. I am writing the debt off now and thought I should share.

Don’t expect good service coming here. Poor service all around and the cashier is snappy. You would expect the food to make up for it but that’s mediocre too.

I was very excited to try them but I am disappointed… the customer service can be better! The cashier gave me the finger to finish her conversation(that was literally irrelevant)before taking my order. The way my food is wrapped up in all these different containers for one meal is crazy not only did I have to wait 20 mins I expected my food to be hot!! only my fried ribs were HOT the Mac & cheese or the yams was NOT hot at all. I drove a distance to try this place and I didn’t receive a corn muffin like I was suppose to.

Well I said the food was good but never opened on days advertised because I tried to order and they were closed but the owner told me to go to hell so let’s see what happens next. I could say more but why…. See for yourself.

I ordered food off grubhub from here and my food was not good at all. For one on the menu it says with the French toast it comes with meat eggs and whatever side you choose, when my food came and it was no meat with my order on top of everything else being cold.

The first smothered chicken with dressing red beans and rice was absolutely deliciousThe second smothered Chicken dressing and red beans meal was a disaster the chicken was only half done there was blood in the flesh of the chicken as well as the bone and the dressing was dry I ate the red beans and made myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwichThe third and final visit was even worse the fried Cornish hen dressing and red beans and rice was not eatable Fried Cornish hen sounds appetizing but not doable The wings were done the drum sticks were almost done the thighs and breast were not done and bloody halfway to the bones and the dressing was so dry my silverware stood up in it and didn't move and I used my own silverware not plasticI love supporting small business owners for quality service but I won't be going back to Sugar Baby's Cafe the meals are not cheap and only 1 of 3 meals was eatable and I lost my money getting off work driving from the Westside to the Southside and back to the Westside with food that had the truck smelling like grandma's kitchen only to find out the poultry was not cooked done and contaminated the entire meal with salmonellaI am a totally disappointed ex customer
