We knew what we were getting into to an extent, high prices for big splash in presnetation of drinks and desserts. On the positive side, we made fun memories, our daughter will never forget the presentation of her King Kong Sundae to celebrate her 16th birthday with friends. The food was good enough. The host and service staff were lacking, but we made the best of it.

Birthday dinner for my wife. Server was disinterested. Auto 20% gratuity I suspect was part of the issue.

It was our first time there and it will be our last. I do not believe the quality of food is worth the price at all. The service was completely lacking. The hostess and our server were too busy on their phones to really bother with us their customers. Our server couldn't answer what their more popular selected menu items were. He didnt even bring out the correct quantity of food that they had listed on their menu. I can see why they need to put the 20% gratuity on every bill now because they wouldn't get tips like that for their service else where. But then again, maybe that's exactly why their service is horrible, they get 20% no matter how bad their service is.

We traveled 2 1/2 hours for our daughters birthday dinner and made reservations. Still had to wait over 25 minutes and got stuck in back of restaurant in a room with zero ambience and uncomfortable chairs we asked to get a booth and was told no although multiple booths were open. Very disappointed with this experience definitely overpriced, not worth the 400 dollar bill for flavorless food and shakes.

it's a fun restaurant for kids and adults! my daughter LOVED the dry ice mocktail and the rainbow sliders. the service was great and the food delicious. a great stop while we were in chicago.

It was very weird. Dirty and understaffed. Even with a reservation we waited over 20 minutes in an empty restaurant. Overpriced and understaffed and food was stale. Would never go again.

Went for dessert. We tried the carnival Oreo milkshake and the campfire skillet. The fried Oreos were practically frozen these should have been warm and the ice cream on the skillet was not covered in graham crackers and I did not receive the warm chocolate sauce either. We were on of two tables, but after our food arrived we were not checked on by the waitress until it was time for the bill. They automatically include 20%, so don't expect great service as they don't have to work for it.

Food is decent. You're really going for the obnoxiously large desserts and the sugary goblet drinks. More of a novelty spot for kids.

Ridiculously overpriced. The bill includes a 20% tip for all customers. I feel like this led to poor service by the staff. If they know they are getting a good tip why would they strive to provide excellent service, right? The milkshakes were tasty but definitely not worth the price. I will never return.

We stopped in and sat at the bar to try a cocktail. The place is very cute. Volaria was our bartender. My friend got the mimosa flight. The one mimosa tasted like there was tomato juice in it; it was gross. I ordered a passion fruit & pineapple jalapeno margarita. There were no jalapenos in it, and it did not taste like pineapple. It tasted like jalapeno Juice and tequila. I asked about the jalapenos and told her what the drink description said. She seemed irritated and didn't care that our drinks were awful and didn't offer to remake them or give us something different. I do not like that the 20% gratuity was added to my bill. I feel like because they know they're getting that tip regardless, they don't need to earn it. Paying her a $20 tip between the 4 of us for just cocktails was BS! Her service and attitude were horrible for the 35 min we were there!

Unique experience but service was a little lousy at the bar especially considering mandatory 20% tip. Milkshakes are ok but melted by the time we got spoons to eat them.

It’s over hyped the food/drinks/ alcoholic drinks could be WAY better along with the service I feel like they’re really riding on the fact that celebrities “HAD” visit them in the past but over all the burger joint in your area could lowkey compare to this. It’s not worth the money just for the aesthetics to be frank

This place was fun in the aspect that my kids were looking forward to it and while there are some things that were not perfect overall, it was a good experience. The food was not great, and the drinks are really almost too sugary. Absolutely you should be getting drinks to share as they are huge but even if you could finish one they’re too sugary for anyone person. The alcohol drinks are also extremely sugary. You can probably expect that from a place like this.
