The impossible burger was one of the only vegan meals available in the vicinity of terminal 3. Had to walk to terminal 2 to get it, but so worth it if you have the time!
I'm from Los Angeles and the chicken sandwich I ate definitely had authentic California flavor to it. The manager didn't have California customer though because the guy was actually welcoming and he has a great crew.

First time trying this place while waiting for my connection. Simple breakfast but was delicious. Kale and spinach omelette, chicken sausage, toast and hash brown with pineapple juice. Overall very good, and the sever was good though you order the food yourself and they bring it to you. They also have a desert and to go section as well. Yes cost a bit much, but it’s airport food so it’s expected.

Had a voucher to use as our flight was delayed and this was a participating location. The staff here is very disorganized and we were told to sit and scan the QR code on the table to order. We tried and weren’t able to place an order. The young female manager was very annoyed and said she needed to “open the table”. We placed our orders and a very nice Spanish speaking fellow brought out all our food and condiments ect. Everything is in a disposable container which seems very wasteful. The food itself was very tasty and was served with a generous serving of French fries. When it came time to pay the server was having trouble redeeming the voucher so the female manager came out and had to assist him. She was very irritated and slammed a bunch of chairs out of the way. I would pick somewhere else in the future.

They clearly need more than one waitress. She was spread thin manning the tables and the bar. They stop serving breakfast at 9:25 am!? Who came up with that thought. Food was ok. I got the breakfast sandwich that they serve all day. It was greasy. Nice that they offer egg whites. Best choice if you’re stuck in terminal E or F. Only options down there are fast food and stinky popcorn.
You cannot give someone a to-go salad and forget the dressing when it’s their only meal of the day. I got to my gate so excited to eat, only to be massively disappointed.
Food was great and served quickly. Super convenient to order and pay via a QR code on the table OR with a server. My wife accidentally knocked over her glass of wine and they were so kind in cleaning it up, offering a replacement glass, and a free cookie for our son. A great experience in the midst of a long travel day and we'll definitely be back on our next layover.

I somehow always get stuck at this airport and use this place as my rest point when the lounges are full/busy

Good fresh food & nice people. One of the few places for a decent salad

For a sit-down restaurant at an airport, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend the brussel sprout salad for all you weary travelers: crunchy and good source of fiber and healthy fats with some indulgence in the bacon and manchego. You might be like "$18 for a salad? Highway robbery!" but wait until you see how much salad this is. It's too much for one sitting, but in a good way. Ask for a lid and tote it around to munch on like a giraffe at the zoo whenever you want. The cookies are also excellent.

Guacamole and chips were good, but otherwise the meal was super disappointing. We got the chicken and fish tacos - the chicken was dry and not flavorful, and the fish was so overcooked we at first thought they’d given us 2 orders of chicken tacos instead. Really gross, and the service was generally unfriendly and borderline rude.
This place was very good. The chips and salsa were fresh. Got the double bbq burger. Exceeded my expectations.

Great stop to grab some good food at the airport. The Baja Fish tacos were great and the waiter paired it with a nice glass of of wine.

Not bad for airport food. The Venice Chix was good. A bit spendy, but that’s ORD for you.
