All the silverware and food containers are all disposable. Whole set up as unsustainable as possible.

The food was good, however I was asked to get up from the table I was sitting at because “other people were waiting for a table” despite the fact that the couple behind me had been there longer than I had. The servers rushed me out of there, even though I purchased food from the restaurant. The servers were extremely rude and none of the cashiers were customer service oriented at all. Will not be returning, felt embarrassed and disappointed.

Tasteless, soggy, oily terrible food. It also appears that the food items and extensive menu which is presented above the counter is actually not available. There are only two dishes available, which is the eggs sandwich and the burger. It’s really not a good experience, looks good but does not hold what it promises.

Got myself a cookie and sat down. Was told to leave because the chairs were for dine in only customers which I was not asked about when purchasing.

I think this is the best option at the Chicago airport which isn’t actually saying too much because there aren’t very many good restaurants. This place has some fresh ingredients and I was craving a salad. The vibe is So-Cal, clean and the dishes are too. I got a salad and chips with guacamole and salsa. The portions were generous but the food wasn’t excellent but good. Will probably make this my regular place though given it has the healthiest food around.

Bad food. Served on disposable plates, cups. And expensive. If you are hoping for a relaxing sit down meal that is worth the money, don’t go here.

Food was good for airport food. Staff was friendly. No huge wait. Ordered the breakfast sandwich. Food was ready quick.

Great spot in between connections. My impossible burger was perfect (perfect toasted bun, perfect pickles) the French fries plentiful and the people working there were soo nice and helpful. I got in and out in like 40 minutes. Cost me around $25 with a coke pretip. I had a nice single table away from the main hallway. Would def stopover here again.

Had read good things about Summer House. I also know that airport iterations of famous local restaurants tend to be hit or miss. I had a long layover and decided to try it out. You get seated and can either scan a QR code and order or order from a server. I ordered the 3 egg breakfast with bacon. It also comes with multi grain toast and a hash brown square. The toast was a little cold, but everything else was fresh and flavorful, especially the hash brown square. It wasn't anything amazing but better than some of the other options at ORD. Service was just okay. The 2 employees were overworked. So there wasn't much interaction. Would maybe try it for lunch.
