I love sunflower bakery! It’s in such a convenient location, has plenty of options whether you’re vegan, gluten free, or living your life. The lattes are wonderful with lots of options for the specialty seasons and the breakfast sandwiches are so tasty. I love all the bread options and non bread options. And don’t get me started on how good the milkshakes are 🥵🤪
The other day I set my cash on the counter for my order and the owner held out her hand and expected me to put the money in her hand. When I didn't, she picked it up and said I guess I'll have to organize it. Have you ever heard of such obserity? The owner has made me feel inferior to her so many times, and that my money isn't good enough, that guess what? You win! (or actually I do). I will never patronize your overpriced, mainly bread sandwiches establishment again. And I suggest to anybody that doesn't want to pay $14 for two pieces of bread and very little meat and cheese, to go to another restaurant where the owner doesn't have a better than you attitude.

definitely a hidden gem here. i haven’t been here in a while, but got it delivered today and it’s still so fresh and amazing. people should be going here more, great tasting espresso and their hungry caterpillar sandwich is fire. 100/10

I quite enjoy this little spot inside a grocer near my bus stop. Only issue is portions are small and prices are inflated. 16oz latte advertised with 3 shots of espresso but apparently that’s only for the hot latte. You have to pay extra for the 3rd shot when it’s iced. Makes no sense given the overall price of the latte and the fact that iced drinks use less milk due to… ice. Also, be prepared to wait for your order.

Great sandwiches! Make sure to go on a day that has fresh break and ask for a baguette those are the best! They use Hexe coffee which is one of my favorites as well. The staff is always super friendly and they have a great assortment of baked goods if you need to satisfy your morning sweet tooth!
