I love this place. It has a cozy atmosphere. The pho is phenomenal. It tastes like everything I had growing up. I wish they had secret menu tendon and cartilage for Asians.

This is my first time at this restaurant. My son and I ordered online for pickup on a Thursday evening. Arriving at the restaurant we were greeted by the staff. Although we did not dine in, we both felt the atmosphere was warm and inviting and bustling with customers and wait staff. Our order was ready on time and securely bundled.
My son, who is an aficionado of Vietnamese pho, commented that the beef pho was the best the has ever had!
We will definitely return to the Sunset Phở Caffe.

Came today with two of my friends after hearing such amazing things about this place. We were seated at the bar ( we didn’t have a reservation), and were greeted by the owners. So incredibly kind and welcoming. We ordered the potstickers, chicken fried rice , and the three of us got the angus beef pho and we were amazed by how lovely the food was. So fresh and flavorful, the food just melted in your mouth. I will definitely be returning to try some other things in the menu, as the owner has some food from his culture as well!!

Hands down the best pho and the only place I go to for my soup fix. My go-to orders are the spring rolls, the vegetarian pho and the spicy beef. Fantastic, fragrant broth. Consistent, great quality and unlike any other pho I’ve had. Also, do yourself a favor and order from the Yugoslavian menu as well - highly recommend the cheese burek. The owner is a fantastic man and will allow you to take some home to bake it yourself.

Have been meaning to go here forever. I was feeling pho so I tried the lemongrass beef pho to go. It was the best pho I’ve had in Chicago. The broth was so so good. The lemongrass was strong and delicious, there was a roasty chili oil, culantro and pepper with the noodles, and then standard bean sprout/basil/lime. It came with my two favorite pho meats which are raw eye of round and brisket. The portion was totally worth the $20 — it gave me 2 meals (they give you a whole quart of strong broth). I only waited a second for someone to hand me my food (and a soup punch card, nice touch) but it looked so cozy in there and smelled incredible. I’ll be back to dine in.
