I'll agree that the phở broth is good, but the cold noodle dish with fried spring roll and beef left me wanting. The noodles were overcooked, the filling in the roll was something mushy and suspicious without flavor, and the 4-5 blackened slices of meat were like carbonized Pringles. This place is very good. The pho broth was outstanding. I like the fusion element of this restaurant by including Cevapi which is one of my favorite meat dishes with Vietnamese food... it works. They have all the condiments anyone could want. Only negative is I found the portion size a bit small.
This place has a super fun vibes. The staff are sweet and the food came out quickly and was fresh. I eat a lot of Vietnamese food and the Bun Noodle Salad (vermicelli rice noodles salad) was the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back next time I visit Chicago.
