Super Pollo twist on Mexican & Honduran food is good. That being said my food Torta was ok it lacked a bit of flavor in the Chicken. My moms food looked good her tamale was really good. The staff is friendly they greet u. No chips & salsa at this location is a bummer. They upgraded the decor it looks good. Overall if in the Diversey Mall and want a quick bit check them out food is still better than other options in the mall. Will be back sooner or later with my mom. Bye!

I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place as i did this restaurant, the waitress was very very rude and just rolled her eyes at me the whole time even from behind the register just for no reason at all. Definitely will not be returning which is unfortunate because i like the food.

The food was not good it was my first time eating at this restaurant they don’t speak when you walk in first off, I ordered two tacos with cheese, onions, and cilantro and a burrito. It was bright early in the morning like around 7:30am.They gave me spoiled salsa and cheese I called back to inform them of my issue no one speaks English so they kept hanging up on me I don’t think it’s ok and you took my money.😡I will never buy from this restaurant again horrible first time experience.

Having lived in Honduras, this food is so authentic and well priced

What a disappointment. They used to be the best baleadas in town. Fresh meat and now look at this disgusting quality of meat. It's not the first time that this has happened. Let me know when you go back to the steak you had before.
How much do you really save when switching to lower quality produce? How many customers do you lose because of this? Is it worth it? THIS IS NOT CARNE ASADA. it's cooked on a pan or griddle. Asada means grilled.

In response to your comment. I did review your business with that exactly 5 five-stars but I have to edit it because of this situation. You know very well when something changes in your kitchen. Don't act like you don't know. Keep it up and you will get more negative reviews from other customers. Have a good day. 👍

Be very careful with this place, they charge you $43 for a meal that got cold after 5 minutes, I realized the surcharge at the same moment and I still paid it just so they can see that I clean my kitchen with it ?+20 cash tip dollars.
