It's good. It's not great. The onion chips are a great concept. No onion pulling out of the rest of the ring. The execution of the onion chips was good. Half of the fries aren't crispy, just the smaller or flatter ones. The hotdog itself is good and the classic Chicago toppings are as expected. It's expensive for what you get but it is a different experience.Parking: You order from your car. There are 3 tables you can eat at outside if the weather is good.

Used to be my Favorite Chicago Hotdog but the box used to separate the fries and hotdog but now it’s all smashed into a smaller box than in the pictures so you get a very soggy dog. Flavors are still good but no one likes a soggy bun.

This was a really great hot dawg. It was my first time having a ChiTown hot dog and it did not disappoint. It was just the right amount of everything. The fries were perfect and the milkshake were great. Definitely worth the stop.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews because it’s not necessary. I went in today and bought 6 meals and we got 6 large drinks, we were eating and randomly my mom’s straw clogs up so we open the lid and there’s a dirty napkin inside of it. This is disgusting and unsanitary considering the fact that there was literally small pieces of food inside as well as a strand of hair… i called back and they told me I could get a refund, I went up there n spoke to the manager and he agreed to give me my money back since it was just disgusting. Anyways we didn’t get our money back, instead they told us to call the office since they are “higher up” and all the guy did was say how it wasn’t possible and how he doesn’t know what I could’ve done with the drinks… The food in general wasn’t bad but after seeing that napkin it just made all of us lose our appetite. The service was good, a short lady with glasses was super nice and everything but this whole situation was just not it. The “superdawg office” that apparently is “higher up” was just rude and insisted in giving us a gift card with them. Who tf wants a gift card to go back to eat to a place that is unsanitary??? ts is lowk insane never going back.

Used to be my favorite Hot Dog place. Used to go after tobogganing at the sled hills next door. What a treat.Unfortunately they were some of the rudest people during Covid. They made you wear a mask even when ordering at the stand that is partially out doors.These people are insane. I am never going back. Hope they get payback for how EVIL they were.
