The evening I went they were severely under staffed. Only 1 waitress and she tried her best to service the 30+ tables she had inside and out. The food was delicious. The drinks were great - especially the old fashion. I would go again when they have more servers.

Just tried Sushi Hoshi for the first time tonight and I loved it! My favorite roll was the drunken roll. It had the best sauce on top and the flavor profile was on point. Happy hour is from 4-6 and I highly recommend the Sake Sangria! Leanne was our waitress and she was great! She was fun to talk to and very attentive.
I took my partner on a date here and everything from beginning to end was perfect. All of the rolls were amazing (we had 4 different ones). The spicy edemame was delicious and we had three different drinks each (they were all great) we went in a Wednesday night so it wasn't busy at all. It has a great vibe and loved the art on the walls. We were seated right away and our server was great. We asked her for recommendations and she did. It disappoint. The place is a whole vibe. 10/10 I recommend.

Love this place! Always enjoyed their sushi but they recently added ramen to their menu and it’s amazing along with the gyoza. Another plus is their waitress Leane! She’s really just the best and every time I go to Hoshi I look forward to seeing her!

Wow, so amazing! Sooo good I ate here twice in a month. I am vegan and their vegan options are so delicious, veggie crunch is my fave and avocado cucumber is a classic. Service is friendly too and right in Pilsen!
