News Flash! Robot ? waitress at Sushi Payce! The replacement of the heavier chairs with lighter ones shows Sushi Payce cares about it's customers. The food was excellently prepared and delicious. Especially enjoyed the Hamachi ? Kama (Yellowtail collar) and also the Soft Shell Crab ?Tempura! Miso was on point and generous. Godzilla couldn't pull me away from the Godzilla Roll!!! All enjoyed with a wonderful Lichee Martini ?

I was there for AYCE sushi. The quality was just okay but expected for all you can eat sushi. However, the mango dressing that some of their dishes had was way too sweet, so watch out for that. Their service was decent throughout the entire meal, until the last part where we asked for our mochis. We were waiting for about 30 minutes for just three pieces of mochi. I would say that there are some better deals for AYCE sushi around Chicago.

I like this place. I come here often for AYCE lunch special. It’s nice and easy, the service is fast, not too crowded. The atmosphere is cozy with good music. Recommended!
We went for a family birthday meal as a group of 4 (2 adults/2 kids), and it was a disappointing experience.Pros:- Good value for the sushi you get- Happy hour drinks pricing was good- Nicely decorated- The server was niceCons:- It took us 3 hours to get in and out of there. I'm not sure if they were short staffed that day or if this is the norm. We didn't order extra drinks or anything exceptional either.- After waiting a long time to order, we ordered everything in two batches. The food would then trickle in very slowly with 1-2 nigiri pieces and then we'd wait another 20-30 minutes for a couple rolls to come out.- The server seemed genuinely surprised when we said we had been there for 3 hours and were still waiting for another few things. There was no sense of table management/recognition that things were taking way too long.The servers were working hard to manage the volume of people there, but we didn't get an explanation on why everything was taking so long. And it's clear things were severely overloaded - we saw delivery drivers who were there waiting for at least an hour from where we sat.Hope they improve, but we likely won't come back.

Absolutely ridiculous I made an Uber eats order 5 & had 4 drivers go there and leave bc my order was not ready! It took almost 3 HOURS for my order to leave the restaurant. I called the first time a woman answered. Said 5 min. 20 mins later I called again and they answered and hung up. Absolutely unprofessional. I spent $140 on this order. It's not like I spent $20 bucks. First & Last time ordering! I couldn't even cancel and get my money back bc it said my order was already made or I wouldn't lost out on my $140!!!

My boyfriend & i just moved to Chicago area from Milwaukee & found this ayce spot last minute on valentines day. We had a late reservation at 9:30 but even when they closed at 10, i did not feel rushed at all! I believe Winn was our server & she was great. 10/10 will come back
