I celebrated my birthday at Sushi-San & we had a great time! The staff is so nice and the food is always amazing. They also brought out a surprise birthday dessert at the end of the meal :')

Good food and service although we didn't receive our drinks until after our meal was delivered. Later on our server brought us over two drinks on the house because of the wait. So- we appreciate the fact that the delay was noted.

Food is good, I recommend the bluefin tuna set. This restaurant does overbook its self so expect to wait even though you have a reservation. Especially during peak hours. I had to wait 30min over my reserved table time.

He made excellent recommendations, answered our questions thoroughly, and even made us laugh many times. I haven’t had such a great server in years of living in Chicago, and I’ll be back ASAP!
