Best vegetarian sushi I have had in Chicago. They were nice enough to replace all non-veg ingredients with whatever we like. We had veg gyoza, godzilla, dragonfly and red crush sushi. everything was on spot.
Super nice staff. The place was pretty busy when I went. Their service was slow which the staff apologized for (I think they were short staffed that night). The food was good. Slightly pricey for the quality and portion size.
I had the opportunity of finding this place while on a walk. I was immediately greeted by the Chef (Owner?) and seated.
The ambiance was cozy and inviting.
The menu (online) is a short list of known rolls with an addition fusion list as well.
Given the hospitable greeting I decided to ask the Chef to make me his choice of 4 rolls (while I added the Wasabi Cerviche to the list).
