Very aesthetic place! Love the uniqueness. Absolutely loved the paneer Kathi roll and the chili cheese toast. We tried 3 lattes and they just tasted like artificial syrup. Was expecting more. I would skip that. The samosa chaat croissant could have had more flavor but the green chutney was super super fresh.

This is the second time- Ordered the food on Doordash and the dasher actually went to the restaurant and it was closed, however the webite and google said they are open. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. This has happened two times now and I am never going to order from this place. Really frustrating.

Love the drinks and food here!! So well curated and the flavors of the chicken tikka toastie and butter chicken croissant are sooo yummy. Only critique are the front cashiers, they seem so uninterested/bland when asked questions about menu items. Gives an off vibe but everything else is great!

On February 15, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, I placed an order through Uber Eats. After waiting around 20 minutes with no delivery driver assigned and having a time commitment later that morning, I changed the order to pickup in the Uber Eats app. When I arrived at the café, I was informed that the order had already been picked up by a delivery driver. However, my Uber Eats app clearly still showed that I was required to pick up the order, and Uber Eats support confirmed the same.

In normal Uber Eats operations, when a delivery driver collects an order, the restaurant is responsible for marking the order as “picked up” in the system. That step was clearly not handled correctly. Despite this being a system or handling issue, I was treated as if the mistake was mine.

Instead of assisting or calmly resolving the issue, the owner/manager behaved in an extremely rude, arrogant, and dismissive manner. I politely asked for help, but his tone and behavior were disrespectful and humiliating. I was made to feel ashamed for simply asking for clarification, and this occurred in front of other customers, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

For documentation purposes, this interaction took place at approximately 9:20 AM on February 15th. The individual involved was wearing a white T-shirt at the time. This incident can be verified through in-store security camera footage if required.

Although the order was eventually canceled on Uber Eats and marked as $0.00, and the food was given to me, this does not excuse the behavior. Free food does not compensate for disrespectful treatment. Customer service and basic human decency are non-negotiable, especially when the customer is not at fault.

This was one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful restaurant experiences I have ever had. I left feeling embarrassed and deeply disappointed. Because of this incident, I will never return and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

Walked into Swadessi Caffe randomly and ended up finding such a good spot. Everything we tried was honestly really good.

Got the banana cream latte and the cookie butter latte both super flavorful without being overly sweet. You could actually taste the espresso and the flavor instead of it just being sugar.

The bacon, egg & cheese was actually my favorite done really well, fresh, super flavorful and hit the spot. The pastries were great too. The malai custard croissant was creamy and rich, and the gulab jamun croissant was flaky and packed with flavor.

I’ll be going back for sure.

Second time here - It's a beautiful space with warm sunlight coming during the morning hours. Delicious savory and sweet pastries. I've only had a few of them - but that's why I will keep returning. Ample amount of tables. Bar stool/table along the window. Modern boho chic vibes. Trying to up my iPhone camera game with these photos for you all-

This place is quite pricey for what you get. Paying $14 for a croissant sandwich feels excessive — especially when you can get a full butter chicken dish elsewhere for the same price. The portion was quite small, and the butter chicken itself was not the best I’ve had.

The breakfast sandwich was better in comparison and more enjoyable, but still overpriced for the portion and overall quality.

While the food was decent, the value just didn’t match the cost, and I probably won’t be going back.
