I was there on recently. The place was packed with people waiting for a sandwich. One man said he had been standing there about almost 30 minutes. Behind the counter two young women were taking orders and making sandwiches. A middle-aged woman came out of the kitchen to yell at them. She started slapping sandwiches together, berating the young women the whole time.

*DISAPPOINTED IN HOW WE WERE TREATED / poor food quality* Ordered our business catering here for an event in our neighborhood. Everyone was resistant on the meat tray (discreetly into their napkins), when we realized the meat/cheese tray was tasting sour. When we spoke to the owner of Swansons, he scolded me right off the bat saying "I don't know how long you left the food in your car to sour". He went on to tell me he was there making the trays and he knows they were fresh because they were taste testing it as they made it (sounds slightly unsanitary). He requested I bring the food back, for which I explained it was in a garbage bag at my backdoor and he still wanted it brought in (after he knew it sat out all night in the garbage), which could be understandable if he was making sure it truly was not eaten. He then told me that I was just "disappointed in my success for our event and this is an attempt to gain back expenses lost, you have buyers remorse". I can't even believe a business owner would speak to a customer this way. I felt belittled and was treated as if I was a liar and shyster. I didn't necessarily want my money back, I wanted someone to care. I would have appreciated kind words, and an attempt to make it right one way or another. Ultimately, I should have been given a refund on that single tray that was brought back half uneaten (other half was unfortunately discarded into napkins). I was not, instead I was hung up on. I will never order from here again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family the way they treat their customers. It would have been real simple to be kind, use nice words and make a small attempt to make it right. So soooo, very disappointed.

Great food and service. Who is that pretty girl behind the cash register and making sandwiches? Very pleasant employee. She should bring in plenty of customers.

I had to walk out such a small sandwich for 14.99 you could give a,side with that everything was overpriced

Was there today 15.00 for a 6 inch sandwich bread was old forgot the mayonnaise diffently not impressed
I tried the Grilled Chicken upon the clerks suggestion and boy did I pick right! A fine yummy filling sandwich that was just enough so that I could keep working. I wish we had one a little further north.
